It is aggravating that I had to wait until today to get a message sent to ResMed to deal with the Cpap malfunction due to the incompetence of the Asset Recovery team of Adapt Health seeking to obtain profits instead of patient health by "refusing to address" the medical order to have the Cpap machine repaired or replaced 6 weeks ago... Further, I am still waiting for a response to my complaint submitted to Adapt Health customer support a month ago about the problems I had with Asset Recovery team personnel
