We performed plumbing work at this 7-Eleven location on behalf of their maintenance contractor, Texas Maintenance Development (TMD). The work was completed promptly and professionally—including both labor and materials.
Months later, TMD has failed to pay the invoice and continues to dodge responsibility, despite multiple follow-ups and documentation. They’ve offered excuses, blamed former staff, and have shown no urgency to resolve the debt.
We believe 7-Eleven should be aware that the vendors they hire reflect on them. Partnering with a maintenance company that refuses to pay its subcontractors is bad business—and hurts small, local companies like ours.

TIRE PUMP does not work. But there’s no sign to show you that. I told the owner and he said he had nothing to do with the pump even though it said “7-eleven” on it. As a business owner, everything on your property is your business and your prerogative to fix. If it’s broken at-least put a sign up. He didn’t even offer me money back for the 2 bucks I wasted for no air to be pumped out. I will not be going back here unfortunately.

Why is the coffee machine that does the foamed milk never work? There's always some kind of notification on it. I used to go here about once a week.

I have been here 4 times and not once did they have items that were not expired. Pizza, juice, cheese. Ziad the supposedly manager refused me to take pictures. If you don't want food poisoning stay away.

The food and tea are never fresh, the staff is unhelpful, most of the staff don't speak English, a lot of the items on shelf or in the cooler are misplaced, mispriced, or just don't have a price tag, the men's bathroom is always a mess while the women's bathroom is always locked, and the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. On several instances, I have watched the store owner literally push an employee away from the register in the middle of a transaction or just yell at an employee with no apologies given. The staff also seems to watch people of color a little too closely. In all, I would not recommend this 7-Eleven. Go to the new 7-Eleven or the old Stripes instead

Employee's are so rude, will make you feel bad for coming in like your interrupting them. And Lord forbid you want a whole pizza or to load cashapp then you really catch attitude. I suggest going to the sunco 7 eleven just around the corner. Unless your a night owl the guy that works nightshift is nice
