Today, February 4, I wanted something to eat so I went in and had 2 hotdogs, asked for mayonnaise and not avia. Second problem, the person in charge (mari ilu) told me something in English but I still don't understand everything. He takes a hot dog and hands it to a person just because the sausages were not bad, I'm hungry and this person takes one from me. *I won't come to this seven eleven again*

Dear owner I would like to let you know that your employees are thieves and rude at 1-22-22 1:15 am I went to your store and I put my items on the counter and went to go grab some drinks that's when your employee scanned items for him self I noticed when I got home and saw my recipe I called the store at 8 am to speak to a manager and spoke to the assistant manager that was there and was explaining to her what happened and that I was upset anyone would be she had an attitude with me and said she would look into it and hang the phone up on me I will never go to your store again here's a photo of my receipt the four top items are not mines if your employee is stealing from customers he's definitely stealing from you

This store may as well not pay workers the man behind the counter in the evenings is so busy texting on the counter he can’t be bothered to look up and acknowledge customers standing there. Worst customer service ever. Twice he’s shorted me on my change because he doesn’t want to do a cash drop and when I brought it to his attention he just looks at me like, “Oh did you really expect all of your hard earned money back? How do people working in customer service keep their jobs when they obviously could care less? Ridiculous!

Watch out for this store, went in a couple a days ago and all I had was a 100 so the manager had to get change, (I get not easy for most stores but all I had). I received a fake 20 dollar bill from him without knowing at the time because I thought I could trust him, apparently that's not the case. He gave me a counterfeit 20 and without knowing went back to the store tonight for a few things and tried to use in at which time the lady working informed me it was fake, I informed her I got it from her boss and she said not her problem and take it up with him. Then at which time proceeded to tell me F*** you multiple times! I had spoken with a gentleman when I first moved here that told me to watch out for him because he tried to give him a fake 5 before. Now I know he has done this to multiple people. Will be contacting the police and 7/11 corporate. I had already filed a claim with them about the manager stealing change from transactions. (Little bit with multiple customers a day adds up to a lot) super shady and unbelievably rude. I can't believe that place will not be going back there ever again, guess I learned my lesson not to trust people that are supposed to be in charge. Did 10 years in the military most of which was a leadership role so figured I could trust someone in a managerial position, figured had to get there somehow. But clearly this guy just stole, and conned his way there. Edit: police report was filed and the officer said they have had multiple issues with this location. I hope he gets what's coming!

A customer was behind register when I walked in early morning . The clerk came from back and I wasn’t sure if customer worked there at first . When she left I told clerk and she had no idea who the lady was and why she was behind counter . Pretty scarey

Be careful of his store they will over charge you !!! The first time I ya dot let it go bec I was already 10 miles away when O noticed on my receipt I was over charged !! I bought taquitos 3for 3$ instead charged me 4.20$ but today I was still in the store and remembered what happened last time and the lady clerk seem ya no idea what's going on and said that's the price for 3 taquitos and she said it's probably tax !!! Finally another clerk came and fixed it with out any apologies or tried to straighten things out !!!!! This is not an isolated incident !!! Be careful !!! I will call dept of consumer affairs !!!!!!
