I brought my 2001 Pontiac Firebird to 3W for a noise with the a/c, about a month ago. Turned out to be a missing bolt behind the alternator. Fixed in 5 to 10 minutes. Should have been no problem then, right? Wrong. The man who took my information upon arriving, came to me and said there'd be no charge, but not to ever bring my car back there. It wasn't their "thing", their kind of car. They do a lot of fleet work. They probably wouldn't do a good job, anyway. <--- Yep, he actually said that. A mechanic had come to talk to me before that. Said there were so many things wrong with my car. I asked if he could make a list. He replies that there wasn't enough time in the day to do that. And walks out. I never found out what was so wrong with my car. It still gets me right down the road with no problems. So my best guess is, besides the incessant arrogance, they've gotten used to the easy work, the fleet work. Was afraid I might bring my car back for a major repair one day, and they didn't want that kind of work... it might be hard work. This customer has plenty of money to pay for my car repairs, and I'll happily give it to someone else. I'd like to know who the owner is. Was he one of them? Does he condone and encourage such rude behavior? I owned a garage over in Palestine, Texas for a few years, and my people would have never acted this way. And if they did, they wouldn't have had a job any longer.

I cannot THANK this business ENOUGH for helping me get back on the road after traveling there for my Sister's wedding! There was no way I would have made it home without them fixing my car!! It was a SMOOTH RIDE! I thank y'all so much!!!

Any electrical problems you have they are the place to go!! 2 yrs I've jumped my car daily because nobody could fix my problem. 3W had my problem figured out the same day. Service was friendly and fast. The only thing I had to wait on was the parts to come in and once they got them in my car was ready before I knew it!

Very pleased with 3W. They will get all my business from now on. Fast friendly service. They even found a problem that no one else has found that could have caused us to have a wreck. My car drives like a new one now.

We are from out of town and were recommended 3W by a passerby while changing our flat. We were pleasantly surprised by the fast, kind, and thorough service. If we are ever in need of service in this area again 3W will definitely be our first stop.

This was my second visit and I will definitely be back! I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation, and left in under 30 minutes! I’ve never had service that fast! They made sure to tell me two of my tires looked a little worn and gave me an estimate for new ones. The staff is always friendly and super helpful!
