Pharmacist michael and tech celina are both the most unprofessional people.
Beware they are assured that they will tell you lies to get out of doing their job. They don't actual know their job. Stating one thing when the law and texas status state another. The tech is an selfish narcissistic individual that is self entitled. Find another pharmacy to assure your medication is correct. Dont trust their there to help anyone. There not there just want to play games with each other and pick on older people. Also understand they will violate your right to privacy. They have no issue breaking hippa lawsVerify everything before you leave. I actually would give them a -5.
These 2 have no ethics, moral, and will not stand up to the oath they've taken. Not to cause any harm.

Tyler in pharmacy Was so helpful and took the time to look for a cheaper price that originally quoted even with generic and discount card it was +60$ he brought it down to $30 just to be nice!

Prescription was called in the day before by the emergency room. Took until noon the next day for them to actually fill a common prescription . Then they put the wrong name on the bottle of narcotics. I told them and the response I got was “legally it does not affect anything”. Hopefully it’s the right pills in the bottle. Avoid this location because the words apologize or thank you are not a part of their vocabulary.

Trying to get our prescriptions transferred. Was told it cannot be done electronically. This is not correct. I asked for a supervisor and just was put on hold over and over. What a joke.

Had trouble finding specific eczema shampoo and cream my daughters doctor recommended for her. Manager was extremely helpful and found all the items I needed. Huge relief after dealing with a sick baby so not have to worry about one more thing.

My husband and I just moved here from SA. We needed to get our prescriptions transferred so my husband went in to get this done. The gentleman who helped him was pleasant, and when the pharmacist was asked to do the consult, she was rude to my husband as if he was bothering her to do her job. It's not like she was helping anyone she was on her personal phone. This is the only walgreens in town. We may need to venture to Hutto for our prescriptions, which is not how it should work.

This place is terrible got a guy here with half a thumb that barely speaks English has all his stuff in order but they won't let him have his pain meds 5 customers ahead me not one customer got there meds they blamed insurance for every occasion and then they close the pharmacy from 130 to 200 and are denying descriptions at this time and turning people away at 125

Waiting in drive thru for over 15 minutes. Get to the window to be waited on by a very immature person. Have very little confidence that my script will be filled completely. Called to speak to manager. On hold over 10 minutes to have my call disconnected by them. Talked to pharmacist on second call who did not seem to concerned and continued to make excuses. I dont want excuses. I would like quality service. Thank you for wasting my time.

Tyler in the Pharmacy was very friendly and also saved me $! I have a lapse in coverage until March 1st, and he found a coupon that saved me big on my important maintenance med. Thanks so much! Ive been coming here for over 10 years and this was exemplary service.

Rude customer service. Went through drive through to pick up meds and in the middle of the transaction the lady told me to come back after lunch. Went in the next day to only find out they don’t take my insurance.
