Took my two daughters 12&9. Maizy was great with them and explained everything to me (no clue about hair). My girls said it was very laid back and didn’t feel uncomfortable like other salons. Great job will be back!

Charlotte is great! Last year, my friend introduced me to Tangles. Charlotte listens, cuts the style requested, offers advice on hair health. She is worth the drive from Austin.
