I visited this Shell station because my child had to use the restroom. We observed that the restroom door was locked so I notified the attendant. The attendant then stated that the door is locked because someone was in there and then they added that it was common sense to know that. My retort was that some restrooms are locked by staff and a key has to be given to the person in need of a lavatory. Without any eye contact or acknowledgement of what I just told them other than them saying “nah”, they continued to utilize their smartphone. SO RUDE.

No customer service whatsoever... Danny that runs the register is not able to do his job or reach out to someone who can. He can only call the police... not going to return to this store after my payments are corrected, unless they let danny go.

There is a very rude gigantic man who works in the daytime that for some reason thinks it's ok to give me change in bloody money? Seriously the cash had blood stains all over it. Not sure why he would take this money from anyone and I hope the blood wasn't from his person. Off to get tested...

Worst gas station in Taylor. Zero customer service from these Hills Have Eyes goons. Rude in the most ignorant way. Avoid at all costs. This station has account for all city vehicles so they act like nazis. Not one good thing about this dump.

I've eaten here a few times and have yet to be impressed. The food was bland... I think the drinks keep people coming back.

Really clean bathrooms. Great customer service, they actually acknowledge you and carry on a small conversation when you are checking out.

I normally don't write reviews but the cashier(Ben) really disrespected me after I came in to exchange some expired chips. He was literally rude and childish. I wouldint recommend no one to go to that shell due to (Ben) and because they sell expired stuff.
