Went to O’Reilly’s a few minutes ago…store employee, Andrew, was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! The item I needed was just a simple rear window wiper, but this employee made me feel like I was asking for a motor! I visited the O’Reilly’s in Taylor. I have never had a bad experience with them , but today STEVEN was there and he went above and beyond to assist. He found what I needed . His customer service is exceptional and outstanding. He makes a huge difference. Ty
