My son bought a Kia here back in Nov. '23, continued to break down, and they told him, "Sorry you bought it as is, nothing we can do about it," and he took it in to 2 mechanics, one being a Kia dealership, both told him it needs a whole engine replacement at the cost of $7k. My son is going to work full time and school and owes $10k for the remaining balance and now $7k more! He's beside himself on what to do as he doesn't have the $ to pay the $10k to scrap it nor the $7k to replace the engine. He's trying to be a responsible adult, and this is what he gets. I'm beyond angry with this dealership for selling such a chunk of metal. You should be ashamed. Both mechanics said it was obvious to them that it had a bad engine and the dealership should have known.

The worst service ever . Super mad my vehicle was there for about a week made an appointment to take it in for a couple of recalls according to them they had ordered the parts by Wednesday keep in mind. I took it Monday morning by Saturday went by there to see on the status of my vehicle and they were not able to get the parts in or fix my vehicle for the recalls, they were gonna call me back to set another appointment till now. I haven’t received a call from them. This happened on the 19 June.

July 1, 2024 2015 Ram was dropped off for repair of bearing noise. I even told service guy that I had listened and determined it was water pump. They took 5 days and $1300 to replace water pump. In 20 years of doing business with this place and having purchased 5 vehicles from them, I'll never go back.
