I came to my near by store to let them know my phone is lost. I got a stupid answer when I told her what happen. Talking about there is nothing I can do about that. I told you can send me a 1 time pin. So that when get it turned off. She still would not do it. So I call customer service they still wouldn’t do nothing. So someone has my phone with all my info in it and Metro has let me den. That is about the worst place to get a phone. So don’t come to Taylor and get a phone cause your not gonna get help when you need it

Worst customer service experience ever. No one knows what they are doing. They give you the run around and tell you to call this number and when you do they tell you have to go to the store. I want my rebate for purchasing a Samsung tablet on January 15th. It really isn't that difficult to do. Y'all get your money every month. So give me my rebate. I will not recommend this company for anything. They don't require much education to work there.

The metro PCs store in Taylor Texas has a employee named Elise and she is amazing. She went above and beyond her call of duty . She helped me with the insurance copy for my phone . She went above her job duty and made it personal and help get the payment done . They need to make her employee of the year she’s a valuable employee . She’s trust worthy and heartfelt. They don’t make them like her anymore . Don’t let her go . Give her a pay raise

Great customer service! Speedy process of switching from my 11 year relationship with Sprint to Metro and i have a cheaper rate. Better phone. Better signal. What more could you ask for? Everyone should visit them and check the deals out!
