I've never had an issue with getting my meds from this location. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Only issues I've ever had with picking up my meds is because of the insurance companies, not because of the pharmacy staff.

Best grocery store , period. Friendly employees, speedy checkout. Best produce great seafood, fantastic meat market. Best deli. Outstanding bakery.

This place is really bad customer service and dont even acknowledge their customers needs. Rude on the phone ,never uses my insurance correctly. Just bad all around. Id rather pay higher prices at cvs. fail

Remodeling the existing older store in Taylor to add additional items. Unfortunately, they are doing so by making aisles narrower and higher. This is made worse by HEB personal shoppers clogging the aisles with their oversized buggies. Maybe personal shopping orders should only be filled during off hours, not during peak hours.

Just got off the phone with the rudest HEB pharmacy employee!!!! How can a person be so rude so early in the morning??? I was checking on some meds for my 91 year old mother. The rudeness at this HEB pharmacy is the reason I, myself, had my meds transferred to CVS years back…I see things have not changed! Wow!

I came to pick up 2 medications. 1 was ready. I was told the 2nd med would be ready in 30 minutes. I return 30 minutes later to be told it will be ready in an hour. When I try to confirm they are talking about the right med, since I have a lot of different meds filled at this HEB, the pharmacy employee, Destined H., keeps interrupting me and I never get to finish my sentence. As I try to talk again, she barks, "Just hold on!" and then she walks off. In 5 minutes she comes back with my medication. I understand and have no problem waiting. I do have a problem when I am just trying to make sure she is checking on the right medication for me, and I keep gletting interrupted. To interrupt and walk away from a customer is unprofessional and not the type of service I've grown accustomed to at the Taylor HEB.

The store does not value its customers. Was waiting in line when the "checker" put a closed sign up. I asked what am I supposed to do since i was in line for 5 minutes at this particular lane. He said, "go in the line over there". Management was full of excuses but no apologies. I really have never felt so undervalued as a customer as I did this day in this HEB. Small selection at this store and prices that are no longer good.

I love H‑E‑B, seriously. I am the biggest fan. But this is the absolute worst H‑E‑B I've ever been to. The customer service is trash, the lines are always insanely long, they never seem to have enough employees on staff and even the managers don't know what they're doing. Every time I check out here I have issues with the cashiers being nasty. If you're a Taylor resident, just make the drive to hutto. This H‑E‑B is not worth it.

I received my delivery order yesterday and was not happy with a couple of items. I called and spoke with the new delivery/ curbside manager, Mohammed, who was extremely nice and helpful. Within a couple of hours, he had the items redelivered and even upgraded my flower order for free! Made my day!

We just went to get my husband's 2nd COVID vaccine and both times we've been there one of the people working in the pharmacy with a useless bedazzled mask was walking around with the mask pulled below her nose. The first time we were there, I pointed it out and she was told to pull the mask up, which she did for all of two minutes. This time I didn't bother because it's quite obvious basic health regulations aren't being enforced here. The people who helped with the vaccine were very nice, but I don't have confidence in a medical facility who's employees have no concept of regard for the health of themselves, their coworkers, or their clients.
