Curbside is slow when I go. I usually buy a lot, but always the last to leave. Even cars that come after me get their groceries before I do. I prefer groceries from HEB, but they could have faster and friendlier curbside service.

Clean, well sticked store with friendly service. First time in one and it had alotta options for quick dinners snd lunches from the deli section.

I am writing to make a complaint about a gentleman with blond hair and a blue polo from the Taylor TX location. After checking out this morning, I was followed half way to my car and asked if I had purchased a watermelon that was in my cart. After telling him I had he asked for my receipt. I gave him my receipt and pointed out the item. No explanation from this gentleman as to why or anything of that nature. There were several other people leaving the store as I was that did not get asked for a receipt and I am not used to this location having door checkers, or as I have stated before, following me half way to my car. Mind you, our basket was filled with other items, yet this is the only one you ask about? I have shopped at this location for decades and never had this happen to me and am not sure if this was motivated by race or if he was a part of loss prevention. Again this struck me as very odd as this person had just been stocking produce.
Edited to add: I called the store to inquire/file a complaint about this and was shrugged off. Wasn't even asked my name.

The store is very clean and organized, I come from South Texas where there are more stores and it is on par with other locations in big cities. congratulations to all HEB employees of TAYLOR Texas

I didn't shop there. The one in Bastrop is grand.I wish it was here in Cedar Creek Tx. If that would come true,a lot of people wouldn't have to rush to shop.The I go to is always crowded long lines .
