I've been living in these apartments for 3 years now and have had a lot of experiences since then, from the Texas freeze In, to the most recent excessive heat warning, the Arbors has been consistently great at helping me with any issues I've had!Jerry the maintenance man is great and hard working and always comes by to help whenever I ask him, not to rat myself out but I've asked him on an occasion or two without a work order while I was outside to see if he could help me with my a/c or a leaky faucet and he'd come right away and help out everytime!!I saw a review left on here from a "friend" of a fellow resident here saying things about our new apt management lady Stacey and I'd like to say they are untrue! She has repeatedly helped us out and given me the most up to date appliances this apartment usually offers (the black modeled kitchen appliances) and for over a year and a half I had a rusting fridge, an oven that shot sparks at you, a dishwasher that leaks terrible amounts of water, water damaged cabinets, drawers that were worn down, and I didn't even have a garbage disposal which is one of the basic amenities these apartments are supposed to have. All those things were replaced, fixed and added to my apartment is under a month since Stacey's appearance here at the Arbors! And what's wrong with asking to leave a review!? We are the consumers/users of their product which is the apartment so I think it's great to leave feedback on how things are going here ?I'm forever grateful for the things I've been given and am continuing my stay here at the Arbors of Taylor!

The new manager at these apartments has been the best manager we have had in such a long time. She has been cleaning up these apartments that have been let go over the last few years. The newest review since mine that says nothing but negative stuff is a lie. This ladies "friend" has had several complaints from our neighbors because her apartment is nasty to the point you are gagging from the smell without even being in the apartment and has animals hoarded in her apartment that no one has seen being taken out in the years that she has been there. We want our apartments to be nice and clean. We can't appreciate Stacey enough for all the hard work she's put into making our home a better place in the short amount of time we have been here. We will definitely be renewing our lease.

The Arbors of Taylor is a wonderful place to live. The new manager is Stacy and extraordinary! She is extremely helpful and always goes out of her way to help the residents with whatever they need. I saw a not so nice review about her on here and it made me laugh. They obviously have done something to break the apartment rules and is full of vengeance. Well, I am here to say that the not so nice review is highly ridiculous. Stacy is the best and the nicest person. In addition, Jerry the maintenance man is absolutely wonderful! He is quick with work orders and does a fantastic job. The Arbors of Taylor is the best place I have ever lived. The complex is beautiful and well groomed. The pool is radiant! Overall, Stacy and Jerry will make your stay at the Arbors unforgettable and will make you feel right at home.Tammy Langlie

I've lived here at Arbor of Taylor since 2016. Never had anthing bad to say. New manager is Stacy, she is so friendly always going the extra mile to help You out. So glad she's here Now where did that terrible remark come from she is not anything that was written sounds like a scorned resident to me. Those are the ones that had something brought to their attention and they didn't like it. Stacy is a wonderful manager as is Jerry maintenance. Ask me and l will definitely tell You. Too bad

I have lived at The Arbors of Taylor since September 2017. The manager Yolanda and Jerry in maintenance are always quick to respond to service calls or any specific needs that I have had. The property is kept clean and tidy and I feel safe there. I travel plenty as well and Yolanda has done multiple favors for me such as holding onto a package for me and even getting a spare key made for me when I misplaced mine on the road. I would highly recommend this property; great service without the high cost of Austin/Round Rock apartments.

Talk about customer service!!! The staff is amazing! I have been looking around for a new place (stressful) and unfortunately you run into all types of personalities and learn very quickly who really wants to help and who does not! Yoli was so sincere and extremely knowledgeable. She did not make me feel like I was a bother I had a lot of questions and she had a lot of answers. She’s very patient with me and very genuine when trying to help me find a perfect place. I could be a little difficult as I am picky but she showed the most patients and in my opinion truly deserves five stars!!!

Lose your vehicle driving through the non maintained lot, most all Tennant's have maintenance issues that are ignored. Older apartments that are falling apart but they want a premium price for units. Manger is from another world, ask one question get put on the street, leave or I call the cops. Try catching any one in the office during business hours, good luck after hours totally on your own, hope you have home repair capability as they don't repair anything here.

Hello I have been living in these apartments since May, and all I can say is I love this property! it is always cleaned and well groomed! Destiny the manager is a lovely young lady, she takes care of business right away! As for the maintenance man Jerry, he is very attentive and does exceptional work! The parking lot is always well maintained! I am a very pleased tenant! Thank you Arbors of Taylor for making feel right at home!

It's been 42 days since I moved out, and I still haven't received my refund. I've contacted the corporate number listed on the website, the leasing office directly, and the manager (unresponsive). I've now contacted the customer service email, and am leaving a review, in a last ditch effort to speak to someone. The BBB is next on my list. Per Texas law, the refund should have been received within 30 days. I've tried to work with this company, but I've been given the run around, and now ignored. Please contact me within the next 72 hours, as it would be easier for me, and much less expensive for you, to address this without involving the legal system.
