My history... braces for 5 1/2 years, 9 teeth pulled, plus my wisdom teeth that were impacted, surgery on my gums, and cavities filled. Today, I went to ACE in Taylor (my first time) for a small tooth chip. I chose ACE because it's about 5 min from my house. Well, after the experience I had, I would fly across the country to come here. Everything from the easy scheduling, the greeting and efficiency of the office staff, the radiology tech, to the DDS was simply the best experience I've ever had. And you can see by my history, I've been through a lot. Everything was explained in detail, and I was even presented with options. There was no "upsell" or "recommendations" as I've experienced with other dentist offices. The care was gentle, thorough, and unlike my past experiences, the doctor constantly asked me how I was doing throughout the procedure. I COULDNT BE HAPPIER with the results. I would give ACE dental of Taylor 100 stars if I could!

The staff absolutely wonderful, from when I walked in until I left. I have a lot of work yet to be done and the Dentist explained everything in detail. I'm so glad I chose ACE for my dental needs! Melissa ?

I'm normally very anxious about having dental work done and the staff understood and constantly checked to make sure I was doing ok. They are so amazing and super sweet and although I'm not a fan now I'm not worried about having to going back.

i went there and it was good at first till the dentist started not caring about what she was doing she got up every 5 minutes to answer the phone and would wait 45 minutes go an hour to work on my mouth after giving me to numbing and less then a week after me last appointment face of my face started to get swollen and there’s constant pain to my mouth

Scheduling is very easy online as well as paperwork submission. Front of house is very professional. In regard to leading up to your appointment I did have an issue once where my appointment was moved without me moving it. They also call A-LOT, more than any dentist I have ever used. I would get calls multiple times before my appointment to confirm, text to confirm and email to confirm. I then get 1-2 calls to see if I can move my appointment earlier ... or later. Very odd. I would much rather prefer if I just got one email or one text with a click here, or respond with yes to confirm your already set appointment. This is where the star deductions come in. It is very annoying the calls and constant schedule changing requests. As far as quality of care, I feel it is good quality. The dental assistants are thorough with X-rays, good with communicating what they are doing, and answering questions. The dentist, for almost all the same reasons, as well. My last visit, she was very efficient, didn't like to waste time, which I appreciate. She answered all my questions, referred me to a specialist for a second opinion on work I had done 20 years ago. This is my second visit to this location and experience was the same both times. If you go, maybe only agree to email communications if possible. Otherwise, I feel it's a good spot to get your basic dental needs taken care of.

My son used to be afraid of
Going to the dentist. He has since had no issues after visiting ace dental. Their chair side manner is 10/10.
