Just another family dollar store.. Just curious as to why is it posted everywhere that "closes at 10pm" on website and posted on the building, when I am here at 9:30pm and its locked up and has a lady walking around in here like she's lost? I spend quite a bit of money here! My business wouldn't last long if I locked the doors early so my customers would shop elsewhere!

Not very good. Took forever to find what I needed, & then all the cashier is worried about is locking up & they did not close for 40 minutes.

This place really delivered when we were travelling through and really needed to use a restroom! The Exxon down the block had let us down, so we took our chances here. My husband went in first while I stayed in the car with the dogs. When he returned with a soda, he told me there is a sign saying the restrooms are for customers only, although the cashier told him he didn't have to buy anything for an emergency. That's sweet. I went in next and saw the signs on the restrooms, which circled customer twice. This place must have an issue with loitering or possibly theft. The restroom was clean and as I walked around looking for the snack aisle, they were pretty well stocked, only a few cleaning supplies and toilet paper missing from what I could tell. They were also fairly clean and organized, no boxes on the floor or partially stocked aisles blocked with a dolly. The offerings matched other Family Dollar's I have been to. If you've never been, not everything is a dollar but you can get anything from Draino to cookies at a reasonable price. I bought a couple of snacks and the woman at the register who was working alone was very kind and engaged, asking about our day, how long our trip was and expressed condolences. She was exactly what I needed that day. While I don't typically give this chain 5 stars, I'm definitely giving this location 5 stars. Overall, a great experience and as far as I can tell so far, the only thing worth returning to in our limited experience of Tatum.

Don’t really know what customer service is. Very rude, no one wanted to help me. The employees weren’t even inside the store. I asked two people to help me it took 5 mins for one to come to the front and she still didn’t help me she yelled to girl outside.

People are friendly and it is always a clean store. I enjoy going in here. Always a great place to shop.
