Not only are they rude and not helpful, they are also spiteful. They have terrible hours and extremely hard to talk to.I tried to return my P.O. Box key before we moved and they closed early so now I’m not sure how to give it back to them. They don’t have a number to call or anything. So terrible. #teamFedex

The Postmaster and my mail carrier are always friendly and professional. Most of the time, they are open until 4 pm (which is early). When this location closes 5-10 minutes early, it is a huge inconvenience to the customers that depend on them for the success of their small business.

The two guys who work here are two of the kindest, most helpful people you could hope to meet. However, the other employee tanks my review completely. Any time I'm required to go into the office portion and end up having to deal with her, I end up leaving frustrated and mad. If this were any ordinary business and there was any way I could take my business anywhere else, I certainly would. Each time I ship packages myself, I actually drive to lubbock just to do so in order to avoid the issue as much as possible.

There is an employee who is hardly ever happy to be there, and is anything but polite to customers. You hear complaints and sighs as one is being helped.
