First off everyone was very friendly upon entering Verizon. We had the pleasure of Kiskia assisting us. My son was looking to trade in his Iphone 11 pro for the Iphone 14 pro max, we got that done with no issues. A week later my son found out the Iphone 15 was being released. Went back to do the return and Kiskia made it so simple. A week later she let us know the return was done but some reason the upgrade was no longer there. She was very concerned that it wasn't there that she called us and got it done properly. Next thing you know we had the upgrade back and pre-ordered the Iphone 15 pro max. Needless to say all the things that needed to be done could've been very stressful and a huge hassle. With Kiskia we had no worries throughout the whole process. Very grateful for the customer service she showed! Thanks again Kiskia!

This place will rip you off. Amber doesn’t tell the truth about the plans. Charged me for an extra line and wouldn’t take it off my statement. Go somewhere else !!! Amber didn’t want to help take care of the problem, just interested in the money!!!

So I got there as they were just opening and though I'm not a moning person the CSR, Kisqua was very helpful and willing to o assist me on everything that I went there for. She's very knowledgeable about pretty much all they have to offer. Being that early in the morning Verizon is totally lucky to have here as an employee thank you so much.
