I live more than 30 miles from this dealership but because of poor customer service at the local dealership, I decided to try Stanley Ford for my vehicle's warranty and service.
I was NOT disappointed! In fact, I am very satisfied with the way they communicated with me and addressed the things I brought to their attention. They even followed up after, to make sure that my car's Ford pass connectivity was properly fixed, and I was able to login again after a problem with the car's modem arose. That was very impressive to me, to make certain that their work was successful.
I would recommend this service department, even if you have to drive extra miles to get there. This is the one y'all!

My family and I were traveling through and decided to stop in to look at a vehicle that I had seen on Facebook. I was greeted and helped the moment we pulled up. Sammy was an excellent salesman and Mark worked super hard to meet the number demands that I gave him. They were very helpful and made the buying process easy. I highly recommend these guys for all of your vehicle buying needs!!

I came here because people told me I could trust in Stanley Ford. I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee in January 2024. I was told by their previous employees Caleb and Jacob I was getting new tires installed. I picked up my car a week later when they said it was ready. I only use this vehicle for commute to work and school. Which is all within 3 miles from home. Fast forward to last month when all my tires were randomly going yellow on air. I had a tire shop tell me I needed new tires and they explained to me that there was no way these tires are only a few months old and said they were years old. I called two weeks ago in June 2024 was promised a call back. No in ever reached out to me so I called today , spoke to Mark Connelly. He let me know that he couldn’t honor it since it wasn’t in the promise deal that was signed .
I’d like to take the time to thank Kathy Sutton the service manager. She called me the very next morning after my review. Let me know she would look into it. She called me back and said there was in fact tires ordered for my car at the time of purchase and they had them. She arranged for someone to pick up my car an hour away and take it in to get the tires installed , and return the car to me. It was returned in a timely matter. I appreciate Stanley Ford having someone as hard working and genuine as Mrs. Sutton.

I live in Odessa but grew up in Sweetwater. Truck service in Odessa can get backed up and cause a delay in everyday work. I drive to Sweetwater to my hometown to have Troy and his group work with me to get my truck serviced. Always nice to have small town ties and give back to my local community anytime I can. Always do a good job helping others out as best as they can! Appreciate the service again!

Had car in for a sub contracted alignment after a run in with a hog. Finally got car back and went on a short trip out of state. While gone, the car pulled dangerously out of alignment again. Made it home, called Stanley Ford, they offered to tow back at their expense and address the issue. Was told the tie rod end that they said was in perfect shape when they aligned the first time was now too worn to hold alignment, and that it was coincidental that it happened right after it left their shop. Now come on. I’ll give them that it might be worn, but it definitely didn’t go from perfect to blown on a single weekend trip, they just missed it the first time. Payed way too much for them to replace it, which took nearly a month(!) and then realized after I picked the car up again that they charged me for the tow! They missed a big detail that ended up costing me more! I also sent it back knowing that a brake light was out, realized the registration was expiring while they had it, asked them to inspect, figured they’d ask to replace the light. Passed inspection and returned with no note or mention to me of the light. If they can’t even catch a brake light out on a state inspection and communicate that, what other major and minor details are they missing and then blaming on car owners?
