“I have mixed feelings about this. Before they finally installed security cameras, my unit was broken into, and several things stolen because they left an empty unit next to mine unlocked, and the thieves cut through the wall. Management made no attempt at compensation, although it was their neglect that caused it. But they did finally install security cameras, which has drastically cut down on theft. Additionally, their rates have increased about 35% in the last four years, even though there is no climate-control or any electricity there....no real justification for that much of an increase. Rather high, in my opinion. That being said, I like the people who own it...I just wish they were a little more attentive to things and the economic situation people are in. I stay with them because the location is convenient.”
