I am so very greatful for this company unbelievably fast service response time on a holiday weekend. I had a blowout off I-20 in Sweetwater and through USAA insurance contacted this company and dispatch immediately had someone out to assist me. David was so kind and so considerate and made sure I was safely back on the road and I still made it in time to watch my oldest grandson graduate. My 4 1/2 hour trip ended up being a 5 and 1/2 hour trip but considering having a blowout on a holiday weekend on a busy interstate in Texas and still had my insurance company contacted got a wrecker out there and off safely driving again, you could never ask for any better service than this.
Great customer service and great dedicated drivers! My family is indebted to y'all!

Showed up 1.5hrs earlier than quoted, 15mins my semi was out. It was a holiday too, but they didn't take advantage of the day or the situation and I highly appreciate that and highly recommend this company.

This place was great! Mother had accident on highway, it took me 4 hours to get there and the owner showed up after hours so we could get her stuff out of the car!!!

My son was stranded on the highway on a Sunday night. He was the only service that would go help him. After he initially told me it would be at least 2 hours, he made it out there in 20 minutes and got him back on the road. You guys are my hero, thank you so much...

Got stranded outside SW with barely enough cell service to make a phone call. Guy on the phone said his trucks were out, understandable. Dude told me that I would have to use my "google machine" to find another service which would've been fine had I been in an area where I had decent internet service on my phone. Luckily got a state trooper to make a call to another business that got me and my kids out of there before a tornado hit in the area. Worthless

Broke down in Abilene and the local wrecker service said couldnt tow back to Sweetwater but Pickrell was ready to go.
