“They have amazing customer service and they work hard to help you with whatever you need weather it is getting a new phone or help with your service great price I've been with cricket 8 and half years now and I will never go away from cricket phones have great service and it is the way to go if you need a phone with service I travel a lot and have not had problems with service yeah in dips in some places there is a short drop but over all I can say my phone works pretty much everywhere”

“First off everyone was very friendly upon entering Verizon. We had the pleasure of Kiskia assisting us. My son was looking to trade in his Iphone 11 pro for the Iphone 14 pro max, we got that done with no issues. A week later my son found out the Iphone 15 was being released. Went back to do the return and Kiskia made it so simple. A week later she let us know the return was done but some reason the upgrade was no longer there. She was very concerned that it wasn't there that she called us and got it done properly. Next thing you know we had the upgrade back and pre-ordered the Iphone 15 pro max. Needless to say all the things that needed to be done could've been very stressful and a huge hassle. With Kiskia we had no worries throughout the whole process.
