Audreyanna was a great help! She is surprisingly knowledgeable about phones like an expert not just a person who works there. She actually diagnosed the problem with why i keep messing up the charging ports on my phones: sleeping with my phone . Cricket is great! I will never go back to AT&T!!!

First visit:Antoinette was super helpful and patient with porting over my service and was knowledgeable of what she had to offer! Overall great experience! Would def recommend to others.
