Very disappointed. On Cummins X15 last gen engine fleetguard use 14001 filter not in stock (only 14000 but it's completely different inside, only same thread and size), and technician don't tell me that, before drain oil and try to hide it until I check it by myself. You must check everything and everything before and watch how goes process, because from year to year quality of labor is falling to hell.
Mechanic go-to another shop and picked it up, but fuel filter what on engine is still out of stock, on frame filter only Baldwin brand available... So... Probably I must change oil on speedco or TA. Now I must stop in another shop to replace fuel filter. No questions to labor, everything was done fast and properly. Manager give me discount in final invoice for future labor to replace fuel filter. Also They didn't grease the Fifth Wheel until I reminded them.
I coming 40 min before close shop and got service. I bring my oil, labor was 142$ + 19$ shop supply wich is highest rate to competitors TA 99$ Speedco 119$
P.S. Many-many years ago once I use same frinchase different location on I-40 with old name and was very impressed how fast they do right job, but now something happens with this business. Need stock improvement and take care to more details.

Great place to go if you need repairs done on your truck if you’re hearing noise and you can’t figure it out these guys diagnose my truck for free turns out after 17,000 miles of no grease on of fifth wheel plate. It can sound like your differential tearing apart, these guys helped out didn’t charge me. A dime didn’t charge me for Greece. Give me the opportunity to bless the guys in the shop with a great tip and honor and respect for their. Help awesome place!!!

Absolutely love this place and the people who work here. Came in close to 7 one evening prepares to stay the night to get a Alignment on my semi the next morning. To my surprise Michael the tech said he'd get me in that night. Wow!!! Very fast and very efficient and at a very reasonable price. The whole crew here are just amazing and I highly recommend this business to everyone and I'll definitely be back.
