“What a great experience! Our undercarriage cover was coming off on I-20 a few miles outside of Sweetwater, TX. We looked up auto repair places and came up with Grave Enterprise. Wow! They had us in and out in ten minutes or less. They wouldn’t even accept any money! If you are looking for an honest place that will take care of you, look no further! We wish we had a place like this in our hometown in Tennessee!”
“We highly recommend. We were driving through when our low oil pressure came on. After a search for places and reading the reviews we decided to try Stevens shop. Mr. Stevens is the kindest man who was able to get us in quickly changed our oil and checked our tires ect. Reminded of times when I was growing up. His price was fair actually cheaper than any place we’ve been to in years. If you need an oil change that’s fair, fast and friendly we can not recommend Mr. Stevens enough. We would give 10 stars if we could.”

“Quality workmanship, Integrity, and Honesty.
My grandson had his alternator fail 4 hours from home early on a Saturday morning. The first auto repair garage he was towed to searched for a replacement alternator, and found there were none available in western Texas. I had to buy one in Dallas and and drive it to them. By the time I got close, the garage told my stranded grandson they did not have a mechanic or time to install the alternator on Saturday and they would do it on Tuesday.
My grandson searched and found Rudy's was open until after 7:00pm on Saturday in Sweetwater. His battery had been on the charger all day so he drove the car half an hour to Rudy's in Sweetwater. Coming from the other direction, I stopped at Rudy's with the new alternator. Rudy smiled and said he could replace the alternator immediately. Honda does not make it easy to change a FIT alternator. Rudy dug in and worked until it was installed, working, and all the work double and triple checked.
Rudy could have gouged me on the price of the labor but he did not. He charged a low to reasonable shop rate.
His workmanship was excellent. He was methodical and careful to put everything back together correctly, and then checked his work.
The drive home was completely uneventful.

“Had my truck give out while traveling home from Dallas to Phoenix; called about 3 other shops and they told me they couldn’t even diagnose my truck for a few days. Called Brian at twisted wrench and explained the issue over the phone and he knew exactly what it was just from the description I gave over the phone.
Unfortunately had the dreaded all to common lifter failure on my GM 5.3, Brian explained that parts would need to be ordered and the truck would need to stay for at least a week or two. After getting a game plan set up he went above and beyond giving us a ride almost an hour away so we could pick up a rental car to get back to AZ.
Through out the process Brian was very upfront and honest with what was going on and even when another part ended up needed replaced he insisted he keep the truck a few more days since he wasn’t comfortable without him being able to drive it for some miles to ensure it was good to go before I made the drive back to AZ.
He even offered and planned to pick me up from the airport when I flew back to TX from AZ so I wouldn’t need to pay for a cab.
Overall great guy, and a terrific shop. If you are in the area and need work I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10 would use again and again if I lived in the area.”

“2024 Memorial Day Miracle: Monica and James were fantastic. we were broke down 37 miles away. This shop was the only repair shop within 50 miles. Monica assisted my family with a tow truck recommendation. Got our vehicle repaired within a couple of hours. We were back on the road very quickly.
