They advertise pay at the pump, but their software won't proceed past asking for a loyalty number. There is an option to skip this by pressing No, but then nothing happens. Tried a different pump with same issue. Cheap fuel, but way too many hassles to come back.

Please make a better sign explaining that we have to wait 20 mins at midnight to get service. I actually needed to get something before midnight.

First let me start off saying I absolutely love Allsups, but the experience we just had with one of the employees was beyond disrespectful and I will not be going again! The overweight Mexican lady working was completely and utterly disrespectful, yellin at me and my sister because we went to the wrong register, cussing us and then tell us we need to leave. We go to get in the line to a register that no one was even working at and even the customers in front of us said that she is always rude to people. If that’s the case then idk how she still has a job there. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. And the burritos weren’t even good they tasted old and chewy almost! But that lady definitely needs to be fired maybe it’ll teach her to start being nicer to people…. If I could give this store 0 stars I would

I recently had an experience at Allsup's in Sweetwater Texas that was beyond horrible. I'm a frequent customer of allsups and I used to work there. I had an employee that I'd never seen before there tonight become irate angry and volatile in front of an entire store of customers and in front of my 11-year-old son. She accused myself of being a thief and shoplifting. Which is absolutely absurd I would never do as such. She refused to ring my child and myself out. She was out of her mind and out of touch with reality. I used my rewards and redeemed for a 20 oz Sunkist. My son and I then left the store after the loud and delusional clerk caused such an ordeal. We were about three blocks down the road on the interstate and a cop pulls us over. The disgruntled employee called the police claiming we were shoplifters. I explained to the police officer that I redeemed my rewards for my beverage and my goods were paid for. I also explained the situation in its entirety and asked him to review the video surveillance from the store. After 20 minutes of waiting the officer came back to my vehicle to tell me that I was correct we had not shoplifted and all of the items had been paid for. He apologized and then asked me to sign a criminal trespass citation. I go to Allsups a minimum of twice per day. I'm very familiar with most of the employees. We always have good rapport. After today's incident I personally decided to no longer frequent your organization. I found it quite laughable when my son and I were issued a criminal trespass especially because we were falsely accused. Not only was the clerk hostile delusional and vile she was also dishonest about the whole situation which was proven by the Sweetwater Police Department. Not only did she impose drastically on my son and my time she also wasted the police officers of Sweet Waters time and Revenue. There are many other things our taxpayers money needs to go towards fighting actual crime. Instead of responding to a disillusional deceptive Clerk that was merely trying to ruin someone's day. She made an embarrassment of herself in front of the entire store and was yelling so loud she could be heard from inside the bathrooms. She was unprofessional and hateful. She definitely needs more training and customer service or terminated all together. I will not be frequenting your store again until this issue is resolved. I don't see how it's possible to criminally trespass someone who is innocent of the allegations being made. Please address this situation at your earliest convenience. If details such as time and date Etc are needed I have no problem providing them. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Merrit Holmes.

I prepay diesel here I few months ago and the pump works slow i moved my truck to other pump and I tell them if they can moved like 460 dlls to the other pump they said we can’t but you can pay again and we will refund the money back..after weeks I call the manager said I will work on it but they never refund my money yes be careful don’t prepay…

This is definitely a nice gas station and convenience store. Of course it has the world famous chimichangas and burritos! Once again Allauos lives up to its standards! This store was very clean and neat both indoor and outdoor. I saw a clerk cleaning the windows outside. The restrooms for both genders were clean and better than most shopping center restrooms. The clerks were vey friendly and helpful! Definitely stopping at Thai gas station on my next visit!

Decent place for break its bout it staff is nice restrooms are a mess nasty piss all over toilets why piss on toilets when urinals available plain nasty people wonder if they do that in their own home.
