I've been going in there frequently to get supplies to fix up my house, ray and his crew are all super helpful and friendly. Ray always greets me by name as soon as he sees me.

I’ve known Ray since Higginbotham was in the original building on the west side of town. He gives the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and helpful customer assistance anyone could ever ask for! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, if you're not sure where something would be located just ask Ray he can send you straight to it.

I had went here a couple months ago and there was a girl who helped me out she was super sweet I think her name was Clarissa, she seemed to know a lot. I had went into the store a couple days ago and I had expected to get the same amount of respect but I got cashed out by a girl named Ann and all I got was complete disrespected. She looked annoyed and overwhelmed. good customer service is hard to find which is why I memorized Clarissa name but when I had went in there this time I was extremely disappointed.

Went to Higginbotham for some plumbing supplies, which is usually a nightmare for me. I’m usually a 3 trip plumber minimum. Elaine helped me out in the plumbing department. I have never met anyone in a hardware store that was more knowledgeable than her. Period. That lady is the real deal. They screwed up at the loading door and accidentally gave me 3/4” Pex instead of 1/2”. When I got back for the exchange, they had already realized their mistake and had the right stuff waiting on me. I’m gonna go back to them.

After being disrespected at another store in town I stopped by and sure enough Elain that sweet woman in the boots had my part on her hand and me out the door with my replacement in less than 10 minutes!! Thank you Elain!! I am new to town and this is my store now
