The owner of all of these 7-11’s instructed their employees to tell the patrons that the restrooms are not working even though they are….???? Will never purchase gas or anything from them ever again. Obviously this is a family owned business that only cares about making money without exercising any level of customer service towards the community or patrons passing through on I20.

The “owner” of this store, Shante over charges for items and is very rude. I got a large cup of ice and she charged me for a large drink. Never had any other 7 Eleven charge me more than 50 cents. I’m sure she has done this to other customers. Someone needs to stop her or fire her.
