Terrible location. Just moved to the area recently and have had packages held and stolen many times. I continue to call in and request redeliveries but they never bring them. They will give them to us if we come in person but they will not deliver to our house.

I'm so sick of my packages being left at other residents apartments. My address is correct on the packages but the mail carrier still leaves them at other apartments. My package yesterday was located at a empty apartment. Ya'll need to do better?
