AC doesn’t work so they are only open until 3pm. They sometimes just close it down for an hour and leave a sign saying will be back in an hour. Employees were extremely rude. Store is a mess. Corporate needs to fix the AC so that maybe the employees will be less miserable and show decent customer service.

This store has no respect for their customers. They allow their employees talk about their customer in front of the customers face. When I told them how that was rude, uncalled for, and unprofessional. The lady then said that the employee behavior was ok due to the employee pretending to act like he didn’t know me. They wouldn’t give me my change back so I could leave. They were trying to hold my money back so that they could continue to keep talking to me about how the employee behavior wasn’t wrong. I demand my changes back so I could leave. I turn around; then they called me the rude one for wanting to walk away from them.
Worst store ever…. If they can not see their wrongs in how they handle the situation. Then they obviously don’t respect their customers thoughts or feelings at all.

Lesley is such a breath of fresh air. She has a wonderful energy and is happy to see her customers and help with anything they need. she really does an incredible job and should be commended for her wonderful, cheerful attitude and willingness to help. she's great. thanks Lesley!

There is never anyone at the registers. Ppl waiting in line. Then when you start looking for someone the employee is rude. Not all the employees are like that, but most of the time when I go in, I have to hunt down someone for the registers.

Basically a good store. I went in today around 9:15 in the a.m. and I was the only one shopping. There was someone delivering an order but 2 girls were working. I go to check out and the first thing I see is a sign saying no cash back which is typical for a dollar general so no big deal. Then I see a long written note in cursive writing in red ink no less stating for me to go to the self checkout! I had more than $50 of groceries not a pack of gum! I do not work at dollar general and I am not going to do your job unless I get at least a 15 percent discount!! It took u less than 5 minutes to check me out u poor thing!! Someone needs to clean house.

Wondering why it's so dang hot in this store!! And in the bathroom there is no running water???? I thought that was against health dept. regulations. ??!
