Horrible Customer Service. Locked my mom out when she was paid because they didn't keep proper books. Switched to e-billing, mom doesn't check email, has always paid months in advance. Locked her out with no call, was supposed to take locks off, is out of town again and was going OFF on my 62 year old mom.

Very mean and unprofessional to my grandmother, who always paid on time and in advance until they switched to e-billing without properly notifying their customers.
