The buns make the burgers! They are not your average burgers! There's a little sweetness and delicious! If you call ahead they'll be hot and fresh for you, plus the staff are excellent at putting everything on the side if you ask to make it easy for large order! We've been super happy and frequent this place

The kind woman behind the cash register was awesome and very helpful and the burgers were good which is why they get any stars. Being yelled at by the cook makes me want to give 0 stars. We called in our burger order because I've heard they were tasty, and they were very good. I was told a large order was in front of me, please give them 15-20 minutes for pickup. No problem, I don't mind waiting for hot fresh food. We get there 25 minutes after I placed my order and happily paid for my food. It still wasn't ready, no problem, I'll browse the store with 2 of my kids and find a tasty dessert to take with us. BTW, we walked around the store for 15 minutes patiently waiting for our order, we harassed no one. All of the sudden the cook came out of the kitchen and yelled, 'I know this is a gas station, bit around here we tip people who cook our food'. I explained that I paid with a card, and it didn't give me the option to write in a tip. She continued to answer loudly that we should tip her for making our food and went back to finishing to make our order. I bought the ice creams that my kids asked for, and at that point our order was finally ready. All of my burgers and sides were cooked how we asked, shouldn't be hard because they were all the same dry with all the toppings, and she explained that since they were ordered dry, she put all of the condiments in the box in case we want to add them later. I tipped the kind cashier who helped me. My tip for the cook is at the point when I picked up my food and it was hot, fresh and correct, and you went above and beyond and added the condiments and the side pickup for food is where the tip jar is, which isn't visible from the front register, is when I would have given you a large tip. Screaming at me before you've even finished cooking my order that you believe you need a tip is not the way to do things. If you want to be yelled at, please try the burgers, they're actually very tasty. For a more pleasant experience, Baldy's employees have never came out to yell at me in front of my children in a busy shop. In restaurants, you tip at the end of your meal, I don't know why she expected me to walk in and pay and tip her before she had even finished preparing my order, that by the way ended up being ready 30 minutes after I was told it would be ready. The food was good, the service of the cook left a bad taste in my mouth.

Only place I can find racing fuel for my dirt bike around La Vernia area. Great little gas station and mini food place inside. Nice selection of VP Racing Products and 5 gallon cans, best thing about the place is that it's not 200% higher price than if I were to order online, prices for VP fuel are right at the same price as manufacturer and aren't marked up a crazy amount!
