“I'm sitting in the shop right now and decided to write a review. I was the only one here for the first 2/3 of my sumatran toro 52x6, so I lit it up popped in my earbuds and listened to Conrad Herwigs album The Latin Side of Mingus. The cigar was smooth and delicious. The rollers were on the other side of the room rolling cigars. A few patrons were in and out and about 30 minutes into my cigar so more smokers joined me in the lounge. The smells and atmosphere was just so relaxing!”

“I really, really enjoy coming here. The staff is incredibly nice & always greets me as soon as I walk in the door. If I come late, they've even given me a free croissant from the bakery next door :) Their selection is honestly impressive, but more impressive in my opinion is how well laid-out & taken care of the store is. It is big, but once you go once, you'll know exactly where the section is for what you need. The two biggest pluses for me is the value and the customer service. They partner with FiveStars for awards, which basically cemented them as my sole smoke shop in Austin. Knowing my purchases are adding up towards discounts makes it much more tempting to drive the extra 5 minutes from the place I used to go to! Not to mention that their stuff in general is very reasonably/comparatively priced, so I don't feel as though I'm paying more to access the rewards. Secondly, I can't get over their customer service. Like I said, I am always greeted, but I'm also always suggested things, helped when I needed it, & I even had a sweet person give me a personal lighter when I asked them to just add the cheapest one they had to my order. Sure, the lighter was probably less than $5, but it was really sweet of them to save me the $$ & offer their own! All in all, I never dread stopping by here, & definitely plan to continue to use it for my THC-A + vape needs :)”

“Been coming here since I found some good deals on disposable vapes that I enjoy, and to my surprise and delight, the vendor stood by their product. I was enjoying the flavor, form factor and aesthetics but unfortunately the unit I purchased went haywire and auto-hit itself to an eventual burnt coil demise. Product was exchanged no questions asked and the gentleman on duty even remembered meeting me previously. This is major retailer customer service and value packed into a clean, well-merchandised local biz. This is my new go to in campus/central Austin area. They have the elusive Lost Mary and new Beast non-rechargeable vapes that I am hopeful are usually reliable as the strawberry kiwi Hi5 that went awry on me was by far the most unique vape experience I’ve had, with a subtle, juicy flavor that also satisfies!Thanks again, I am impressed and thrilled great shops are still a thing in our fair city of Austin!”
