I can't say enough about this store. After looking all over town for a trombone for my son I finally ended up at this location. I am so glad I did. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I was giving up hope finding the instrument for my sons school band. They made everything so easy and the price was so Great they did not ask for a arm and a leg for a down-payment like other places in fact it was a steal. I hope they realize just how much this meant to my family and this store made it all possible. 100%percent recommend this place for all your instrument needs.

Super happy with my experience there! Stopped in for trumpet supplies as I'm getting back into playing. Everyone was very helpful and supportive. Prices are also quite affordable. The manager, Vance, went above and beyond to help me get my trumpet into working order and ready to go. Thanks for the help!

My boyfriend and I walked in very confused about my dad’s guitar tuning device in hopes someone at this store could help. I AM SO HAPPY we stopped here because they were able to answer our questions and give us a good recommendation for a tuning device that would make for a much easier read for my dad after suffering a stroke. I came into this store with a lot of questions regarding the guitar and what I exactly wanted. The store manager, Vance, was very helpful, welcoming, and understanding to me and all of the concerns I had. When asking questions, Vance patiently guided me through the entire process of finding a personalized and ideal guitar for me, while also looking out for the best interests of me and my financial situation. My family’s been visiting this store for a couple of years and always come back with nice things to say. That being said, this location deserves a 5 star review for its amazing customer service, staff, and facility!

Store staff is awesome, but whoever they use to repair instruments is garbage. Takes over 4 months to repair something that should take 15-30 minutes to fix, then when you get the instrument back, you find out they didn't do it right, and never cleaned the instrument. I have one of my instruments there now for them to fix what they screwed up on on previous visit.

Depends on who is at the counter. Had great experiences, some not so great, but ok experiences. They do maintain a good stock. Always found what I needed.
