Adrian from the nursery was so nice, he helped me choose the best dracaena plants and gave me plenty of tips and advice, he even clean up the plants for me!

The lack of customer service skills is noticeable for majority of the workers. While not all the workers are rude, the ones that are outweigh the good ones and ruin every experience at Home Depot. This is the worst location I have been to. I needed a new key copy and there was a lady who just stood by watching us (the line of people waiting) on her phone. Finally she decided to do her job and she copied the key wrong. Tell me, how do you incorrectly copy a key when a MACHINE DOES IT FOR YOU. I only gave two stars for employees that are nice and are helpful, otherwise the rest are useless and rude.

This was my first time coming here and I have to say everyone was nice and helpful, I didn't even have to ask, the employees just came up to me and ask if I needed help. Usually it's the other way around in other places. The best part was this man named Marty WOW!!! You are awesome I'm from Cali and you made me feel so welcome. I appreciate that, thank you. Also thank you for giving the memory foam colorful pillows for such a great price.

I wish I could give a zero. I ordered a stove over the phone from a person and used the 10% off coupon they sent me. Even had her repeat the new balance. Got the bill and the discount wasn't there but instead it was placed under the 24 months interest free. That is not what I wanted so I thought one quick call would correct it. OMG!!! Eight phone calls, cut off 5, once transferred in the middle of trying to explain, twice sent to another phone loop that kept telling me the correct information I was giving them didn't work. I finally called the local store in Sunset Valley Texas and spoke to Ricardo. Basically he said pay your bill and the money will catch up. Tried to explain that is had been put in the wrong catagory but he was no help. In fact, no one could help me. I have never had such bad customer service from a store in my entire life. It wasn't the $90 bucks I was saving but the principle of doing the right thing and treating people right, I am going to pay the bill in full, chop up my card and send it back to them. I know one little person doing this is no big deal to them but I will take my business elsewhere.

This review is about Mike who is a vendor that brings in plants daily to the nursery. He is excellent and extremely helpful. I would go back just for him.

Don't believe the lie that if you purchase a toilet from them if you want them to send a plumber over to install it someone will contact you within an hour. It had been 9 days and 3 calls to HD. The story today was "well because of the winter storm...". Then do t tell customers they will call you within an hour! I hired my own. Terrible customer service

Our go-to for most everything we need to make our home a better place to live. Knowledgeable staff, always willing to answer how-to questions or point you to the things you're looking for. I will say, avoid the Home Depot Credit Card. I got one to keep track of our spending, and my expenses as a part time remodeler. I have a credit rating of 800 and assumed my APR would reflect that. My fault for not staying on top of it, but they're charging 25.99% APR and won't change it. Paying this thing off and tossing it.

Limited experience or understanding of Andersen windows and doors. Horrible experience with numerous errors in ordering by Brandy. Some expertise by Jim in Millwork , but demeaning rapport and customer service. Best service and expertise in the department was Paul. Ask for him if you need anything!

Order # WG26308552 Store #6570 This was a HORRIBLE experience, I am just a apt renter and no need for hardware but needed some totes, ordered the totes and 2 out of the 3 lids were severely broken with the good one on top, being stacked I was livid about this, one HD selling an item in this condition and second the employee that handled curbside didn't verify the condition I am disabled with back surgery next month and this is the last thing I wanted to deal with, a return The Home Depot sent Today at 10:40 AM So I called the store and setup an exchange they stated the lid would be exchanged a motioned to have the lids up front so I wouldn't have to wait, arrived and the lids we're present and the person at the returns desk wanted me to get the replacement item, explained my disability and she got the replacement, but said the color was out of stock, being OCD I wasnt happy about this and asked to speak with an Manager with another cashier Got "Push Back" """ Oh, is there something I can do to help you""" now if there was something I can address with a cashier I would have with the one that is helping me... STUPID and rude, guess the Manager is too busy on FB The correct procedure should be "sure, let me get one for you" instead of push back Meanwhile the cashier came back with the last 2 tote lids of the same color and instead of waiting for a Manager, due to my back. I left.. You sent Today at 10:41 AM I am LIVID about the service I experienced and this needs to be corrected

Do not buy appliances or anything online from Home Depot. They have the worst return policy for appliances of any major retailer. Save the hassle and get better merchandise at Lowe's.

These folks could not care less about customer service. They forget that they're lucky to have a job. This includes the customer service clerks and the help staff in the different aisles. I feel bad for the few that do work hard to serve the customer because these other workers are just there to accumulate time for a paycheck. It's funny to watch them scramble away from you when you're either calling or visiting to ask questions. At what point does this catch up to the big box retailer? Does management even care?

I'd like to say great service, expertise, knowledge in the plumbing area from Sandra-she might be a weekly, day worker. I had already been to Home Depot on this issue (kitchen sink) & couldn't find what I need. Then went to Ferguson to get a nut that did the job for a short period of time, broke again. Sandra took me to an area that had my solution, previous visit didn't show me this selection. It's not just the company, it's the people that work there that make the company!

They made a bunch of mistakes with my order. Then mistakes correcting it which resulted with my package being stolen and then left me high and dry. Very negative experience.

Caveat emptor, especially if you are ordering a door.Pretty lousy experience with Millworks. A guy named Jim ordered me a door and did not explain that door frames come in two different sizes: for 2x4 walls and for 2x6 (retaining) walls. I don't have experience on these things and signed the paperwork for a standard (2x4) wall. When the door arrived at my house, the friend helping me said the frame did not match the wall, which was retaining (2x6). I called Home Depot. Jim told me, on a Thursday, that he wouldn't say whose fault it was (mine or his). But he would order a door of the correct size. When it arrived and was delivered, they would retrieve the old door. The next day, a Friday, I called to check on when the door would arrive. Jim said he would not order the door until I had paid a 15% ($75) re-stocking fee. I spoke with a manager, named Ricardo, who doubled-down on the restocking fee.Disappointing day from Home Depot. I'll be taking my business elsewhere as much as I can.
