Ken Pool, the store manager, was BEYOND helpful and AMAZING at what he can advise, create, and consult on in terms of a COMPLETE backyard makeover.
I was not expecting Ken to go above and beyond in the realm of designing the PERFECT backyard but he more than EXCEEDED all expectations.
I would recommend Chair King and Ken Pool to any human in the consideration set for backyard furniture. Your mind will be blown and your wallet will thank you. ??

Doug is amazing! The table we ordered was too big for our space so I made a phone call, asked Doug if we could exchange it for a smaller one and it was done. They will bring our new table out next Wednesday and pick up the one that we’re returning. No muss, no fuss. Thanks Doug for making this such an easy process.

My husband had a great experience with the The Chair King Backyard Store Sunset Valley location. Ahmed Fathalla was so helpful. He helped us pick out colors and made excellent recommendations. We bought twice with Chair King Backyard and both times Ahmed helped us. Thank you Ahmed and Chair King for helping us find the perfect patio furniture! I highly recommend Chair King!
