“Came in for a quick check up for my husky Sunshine. The staff at VCA was super friendly and patient with her, as she is a husky so can be very dramatic and vocal. Though she was curious and scared at first, she was still super friendly, had lots of energy, and very happy with the staff (even though they did bribe her with treats)”

“I have been going to VCA Beltline for over 20 years (even before it was part of VCA). They have helped me through the loss of 3 dogs and now care for my Chihuahua and Corgi. The reason I cannot give them a 5 star rating is because they have quit accepting walk-ins for illnesses. Three times in the last two years, I have been turned away because there was no appointment available even though my dog had an ear infection. Once we took him there on a Saturday with a bloody ear from all the scratching and they sent us away saying there were no appointments until the next Wednesday!
I trust them to provide excellent care for my pets, but I can't understand turning away a sick animal so callously. The philosophy of the clinic seems to have changed for caring for animals to making money. Their hours have shrunk and their prices have almost become unaffordable. If I didn't trust Dr. Nightingale so much, I would not go there.
Also, even though she is very sweet and tries to be helpful, there is one receptionist who cannot operate the computer, printer, or phone . I think she is great and she has been there a long time, but she just can't handle her job.”
