“My husband and I are so thankful that we found Whistle Stop Station last summer. As first time parents, we were really anxious about putting our little one in daycare, especially since, growing up, neither of us had to be in one. We enrolled our daughter when she was about 15-16 months old. It was hard at first, as expected, but slowly she became attached to Ms. Erica. As long as Ms. Erica was there during the drop-off, she was fine! Since then she had opened up to her other teachers, Ms. Serena and Ms. Nova. The next thing we knew, she was making friends, remembering names, bringing home artwork, and singing songs. And then it was time to move up! She mentions Ms. Madi and Ms. Izzy A LOT to us. I think what makes WSS so special is that you can really see how much every teacher cares about the children and how much the admins value the relationship between their establishment and the parents. Ms. Gianna was so helpful with all of my questions from the beginning, since we were (and still are) very new at this: questions about food, safety and security, nap times, tuition, social media - you name it. If she was not available, someone else always jumped in and helped us. They are also good at communicating through Remind101 - regularly, but not overwhelming. All in all, our experience has been great.”

My oldest is 3 and will be 4 this September and I'm absolutely positive he will be ready for school this year. My kids come home singing or showing me something they've learned everyday. I'm at ease knowing my children are safe and well taken care of while their in fko's care.”

“My son has attended Spanish Schoolhouse since 2020. He loves it. We love it. We love the teachers here. We see a daily photo of him hard at work on some class project, and they encourage him to speak Spanish only while at school (as you would expect). There are fun activities throughout the year like a petting zoo and holiday-themed parties.Sure, you could put your kid in a daycare, but why not put them in a Schoolhouse that will prepare them for the future?”

“8th grader here, graduated from Hillside. I attend Austin Academy as my middle school. I spent k-5 I really liked it there. The elementary is nice. The teachers are nice and the counselors care about you. The coaches are nice too. Mrs. Jimenez keep doing the best, you are a great teacher!”
“My daughter had been at home with me up until her being enrolled at Primrose, and the transition was rocky initially! As a mom, I went from spending every day with her to getting back to work and taking my threenager to school. What made the transition easier were her teachers (she still talks about Ms. Kelly, Ms. Janette, and Ms. Catherine, to this day)! She's even made some friends at Primrose that we continue to have playdates with on the weekends.Now...being honest, our morning dropoffs weren't always so smooth for us, lol. From practicing goodbye hugs, bringing snacks, pep talks, etc., lol, so I'm also thankful for the front of the school and the admin that loved on my daughter as well. From walking her to class or letting her be an office helper just to relax a bit in the morning, none of it went unnoticed. Thank you all!The milestones my daughter achieved in her one-year at Primrose Rockwall are priceless to me, knowing where she started. We transitioned to another school for location and gradeschool prep reasons, but truly appreciate what Primrose meant to our daughter and us!”
“I transferred my 18 mo/ old here from a regular daycare. Best decision I have made! It is structured just like a private school would be and my son has learned so much from bein here!!! I washes his hands and can clean his seat before and after he eats he knows how to eat with silverware, knows colors and is more attentive to things. Its like having a private school education at a public daycare price! they are actually more affordable than the daycare I moved him from. They do require uniforms and different color polos every day of the week. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The food they cook looks amazing and all of the children are so well behaved, and manners are taught and heavily implied in their learning curriculum.Highly recommend them to anybody! they take CCMS as well ! as a mother of 5 I wish they were around when my first 4 were born!If you care about your Childs education and want a head start this is the place to be.”

“I have three children who attended this location for about 3 years they started off as Grade school and pre k ages during that time they had three different directors despite the changes the center was able to maintain consistency. I could pick them up homework was completed which was a big help. my children were able to build a bond with their teachers and other staff. The front office was always good about communicating in a timely manner if there was an incident or emergency or simply keeping you updated on changes and events. The summer camp kept my children busy during summers that we didn’t travel for an affordable price. We love the Childtime of Mesquite center sadly we relocated and they no longer attend however I would highly recommend”
“My son has been attending Pecan Ranch for several years now and has moved through most of their programs and its been a great place for him, the director and ownership have always been extremely attentive with any of my concerns and, more so, empathic towards finances throughout and after Covid.
In the beginning I was very much a “parachute” parent and was constantly calling to check up on my son, Ms Amber never hesitated to give me updates and as a new parent that meant the world to me.”
“We absolutely love the ladies of Handprints Academy. We started dropping our baby Rozzy off, at just 2 months. We weren’t here long, due to a job move, but every single person who works here has such a big heart. I felt comfortable leaving my daughter here every day. I love how they entertain young minds, and start teaching them at such a young age. We will miss the ladies here, but if we ever move back to Dallas, this is where we will bring our daughter. Thank you to Mrs. Heart, Mrs. Maggie, Ms. Erica, all of you ladies have been wonderful.”

I was very happy how they introduced Jesus and God to their lives and how they teach values to be a good person and a better generation. He loves his amazing and lovely teachers and friends! We will miss them a lot!”
