“Elrods looks a little 1960s and worn from the outside. It’s part of small chain. Would have been a bit leery about going in, but a local had high praises for price and inventory. Once you enter, as if via a portal, it is really nice. Fresh produce as displayed looks like they are serious about grocery business. Both times I’ve been there, it had lots of customers. Mostly families.Floors, shelves of food were well kept. Staff are pretty friendly, though not overly. Nice little surprise in Pleasant Grove, part of Dallas. Well worth a trip for groceries. The outside could use a make-over, but once you’ve been there, it’s no concern.”
“Friendly, helpful staff. Great selection of beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and goat! A variety of sausages, seafood, turkey legs and now they have fresh veggies, bread and other food items. I love picking up dinner here and not having to go into a grocery store!”
“I don't go here too shop, so that is why I gave it 4 stars. The grocery type items are a bit higher than any other store. With that said, I do love their fresh cooked food! The ladies there are always nice, even when super busy, and the food is always good. Give it a shot if you're in the area. Good food and quick service. I believe they still do dine in, but you get more food if it is to go”
“This foreign grocery store is extremely, clean with neatly lined shelves full of ingredients for ethnic cuisine. The proprietor was very nice and runs a small establishment catering to those looking for just the right African food ingredient.”

“Ordering online is easy (though HEB from previous address is my favorite internet experience). No tips are needed. There's usually a $7 dollar delivery fee but currently they waive that if you spend $100 and have your groceries delivered T/W/Th. They website also shows you missed coupons when you go to check out online! They offer many vegetarian/vegan options. Whenever I go in person I always enter through the left side to avoid the AT&T sales people. I appreciate the gas member discounts.”

“Great place to deliver, too. Great employees. Lumper Fee is $2.00 a pallet.Small lot, so really, no early arrival parking. Once there, Bobtails are gone. Easy backing and quick unload. There company trucks are usually out by 8:30 am.”
