This place is ridiculous. First, they tried to tell me I was late and gonna charge me a "work in" fee of $300 until I showed them that I was actually an hour early. So basically, they're trying to scam drivers out of bullshit late fees. Then I told them I'm delivering AND picking up here, but my pick up is for the following morning. It's 7 pm, and they haven't begun unloading me yet. I asked if I could stay here on the lot since I'm picking up here in the morning. She told me "no." They have plenty of parking here but they won't allow you to stay. Look at all these empty parking spots.

You cannot arrive at this place in advance because there is no parking. You can only arrive 2 hours before and then wait 6 or 7 hours. I do not recommend it at all.

Do not trust the weight on the bill, they use the "subject to correction" phrase to lie to you. They put me at over 4000 lbs greater than the legal maximum limit (yes, over the allowances made for a reefer unit). I read the other reviews mentioning what they do (not thinking it would happen to me, of course). People who leave good reviews do a disservice against their fellow drivers.
On top of that their process of getting the bills prepared after they finish loading you is unusual. You may sit there for an hour or more just waiting for them to print the bills. I walked in before they called just to make sure they had my number correctly and suddenly they were able to get my paperwork processed.
I'm not saying they hate drivers but if I did and I was in their shoes I would probably do the stuff they're doing. Nothing on the immediate staff but something is dysfunctional about the managers and what they're allowing.

Got to be the worst linage I’ve been to suppose to pick up 300 cases they forgot to put on trailer when another driver loaded this morning over five hrs spent here had to give me the slowest loader of all time

Nice crew. Office woman seemed to be overworked or distracted..actual loading took less than 30 minutes...rest of the process took 3.5 hours to get BOL'S. Hot day

Been here over 8 hours now . If I could give zero stars I would . The truck has been loaded over 4 hours ago . They just can't seem to get the paperwork printed . Unbelievable...

Delivering loads almost once a week. Now they take 2hours earlier and close at 1.00pm on Saturday. Open on 6.00am to 1.00pm on Sunday.

I’m 50/50 with this place. They have a weird process and the ladies in the front are weird and tell you to go sit down til they’re ready but they proceed to talk amongst themselves about nonsense and help no one until they’re ready. It’s extremely disrespectful. But I will say I had a better experience once the ladies came for the next shift. It’s not too bad they’re just a little disrespectful.

very rude employees the old man moving trailers in yard is very rude to me better stay home if you cannot treat good to truckers thats your job so do it with happiness not with rudeness

Easy check-in. Have a license ready. After you check in at guard shack, drive to staging area, and walk to office. Make sure you have your dot # ready. They will make you go back and get it. Also, usually a u108 number. Or a 114 (411 idr, I get the u108 #). Back up to dock, tandems back, doors closed, they open from inside. Sit back, enjoy coffee, or make a sammich. Gonna take about 1-2 hrs, but I have seen people here for up to 4.
Also, there is a t.a in terrell that is about 20 miles away on i20. It's a decent size lot, and I always park there the night before so I'm not dealing with Dallas traffic. Plenty of places to park, but you may be in the party zone. ?

This place sucks, from security to shipping office workers.
They have the nerve to have signs regarding late fee but no one here seems to have any sense of urgency.
