I love the vibe of the people and the work place. The dentist that did my cleaning was polite, quick and efficient. Any concerns or questions I had he answered with no problem. Very friendly and professional. 10/10.

I've been to this Ivy Dental multiple times before and after changing ownership, and I've had a consistently good experience with this office. The staff are nice and professional, the office feels lively and cozy, and though I had scheduling issues before it's nice having a good dentistry in the area.

I was very impressed with this dentist. I came in as a new patient. All the staff was very professional and help me with my concerns / issues. I had an emergency implant issue that needed immediate attention. He answered all my questions and gave opinions to resolve my problem. And I must say I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I will recommend this dental office to my friends and family.All SMILES ?

Due to changing jobs and having new insurance, my dentist I’ve gone to for over 10 years wasn’t in network. I tried a new dentist a couple of months ago and had such a horrible experience from the moment I walked in and ended up walking out. I recently found Ivy Dental and so glad I did. The staff when you walk in was very friendly. Taylor took me back and she was great and Dr. Ng was an amazing dentist who was very informative. So glad I found a new dentist to stick with! Thank you ladies!

This place has changed ownership at least 3 times in the last few years. The new dentist is very unprofessional and condescending in my opinion. She was very late for my appointment yet rude and condescending. I’m a very matter of fact and to the point person and she didn’t care for that in my opinion for example I told them I wanted the topical on my gums before the cleaning and she asked do I normally get it, shouldn’t matter if I asked for it this time, she also suggested I get a fluoride treatment then proceeded to tell me the price to which I replied yes and I didn’t care about the price that I have problems but money isn’t one, then she had an issue with me leaving my right leg down and told me didn’t ask me but told me to put my leg up to which I replied No ! I have an issue with my hip and it went down from there. She asked about any medical issues which I replied high blood pressure, mind you I’ve been a patient there for at least 3 years so she should have reviewed my records and know that. I got through my appointment and had one scheduled for the following day for fillings but was told they wouldn’t see me . Had I known the practice had changed ownership again I would not have used them anyway so I requested my records and will be finding another place for my dental needs. The dentist is very unprofessional in my experience and opinion and wouldn’t recommend anyone use them. On a brighter note the dental assistant was very helpful, professional , knowledgeable and nice. She’s the one from Arkansas I hope she finds a better office that suits her level of professionalism to work for. There were other red flags during my visit but I’m sure you get the point.

This was my first time at Ivy Dental. Visit started great, the dental assistant, Destiny, was very personable and polite. However, when the dentist arrived, she didn’t introduce herself and was very curt. After explaining the reasons for my visit, she summarized and incorrectly listed a symptom, which I corrected. But a couple minutes later, when she spoke to me, she again listed the incorrect symptom and was nonchalant about her error. Luckily the dentist wears her name on the scrubs so I was able to identify her as Dr. Ng. When a treatment plan was agreed upon, another dental assistant appeared with jelly that she promptly smeared inside my mouth, without introducing herself or identify the substance. I asked if the jelly was for numbing, as that is what was happening and she said, “yeah, that’s what’s supposed to do”, which I would have known if she’d told me beforehand. I’ve never experienced the jelly before this visit. When the dentist came back to start the filling, she inject the numbing agent and waited MAYBE 5 minutes before she took the drill and started working on my tooth, which was nowhere near numb and which I alerted her to. So, she injected more numbing agent and after waiting a couple more minutes, she attempted again and the area still wasn’t numb. Mind you, I’ve never had any trouble with fillings or the numbing in the past. She then told Destiny to come and get her in about 10 minutes and by then the area was numb. Overall, a highly unpleasant experience.

UPDATED REVIEW:(5 star) I received a phone call from the new manager, Tierra, at this dental office shortly after I posted this review. Tierra shared with me that she received similar complaints from other patients and sincerely apologized on behalf of the previous manager/dentist/office staff. She shared with me how that dentist in question is no longer with this practice and that the new dentist (and herself as manager) run things differently. I was refunded my money and very much appreciate the customer service I received. I can tell from our conversation that future patients will be in better hands!Previous Review:(1 star) Waited in the waiting room for half an hour. Once I was called in for my consultation and cleaning, the consultation took 45 minutes. Then the dentist said they're closing and never did my cleaning even though he knew it was included in what I scheduled. He had no look of empathy or understanding of why this was off putting for me. I was shocked. I was told by the front desk I would not be billed but a few weeks later received a $50+ bill..I called the front desk at this location and kindly explained why I find this unfair especially given their customer service on that day. She said she would get back to me within the week after speaking with the dentist. I never heard back from them again. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service and bill for service when no service was even provided!!

This extraordinary group of women at this dentist office have been kind, knowledgeable, and professional on my first visit. I thank Dr Ing and the team members. They gave me the biggest smile after my teeth cleaning. Blessed indeed to have been here.

Great service! Very patient and kind staff! And Taylor was a great dental assistant! The dentist was also amazing, I unfortunately did not get her name, but I will be there for my next appointment! Great job ladies ☺️
