“My daughter and I were shopping for a new mattress for her bed. She’s been having back pain and her mattress wasn’t providing enough support. We went to Mattress Firm and John was our salesperson. We told him what we were looking for and he explained to my daughter that firm support was different for everyone. She tried the mattresses he pointed out to her and as she laid on them I asked him different questions. He took his time with us ; we didn’t feel rushed or pushed into something we didn’t want. He was very patient and answered all our questions. She found a mattress she really liked and we didn’t hesitate to get it. We are picking it up at the end of the week. I totally recommend the Mattress Form in Rockwall TX and ask for John when you go He is great!!”

“Just bought a couch here last week and they are very fast with delivery (could have been the next day if we wanted!) and decently priced (basically the same price as Amazon, but including assembly/set up). The staff was also friendly. I'm only giving four stars because I was disappointed in the guidance from the salesperson... we looked at what they had on the floor and I kept pointing out a specific feature I didn't like, but then we ended up ordering from a catalog and I didn't realize from the low-res photo that it had that feature. It's my fault for not checking closely or looking up better pictures online, I was just disappointed he didn't warn me. I feel like the main reason for shopping in a store instead of just ordering online is to take advantage of their product knowledge.
SO, just a reminder to do your homework to make sure you're getting what you expect, and it should be fine!”

The bonus was their complimentary delivery and assembly service. A special shoutout to Kristen Wright, whose assistance made the process smooth and helped us find the perfect fit. Now, when it comes to furniture shopping, I'm one of those folks who often struggle to find pieces I truly like. Unfortunately, my wife is in the same boat, which means our furniture-shopping adventures tend to be short-lived. We enter, and we exit within minutes. Rooms To Go doesn't deviate from this pattern for us. However, I've noticed their prices are on the higher side, particularly when compared to smaller Mom and Pop stores. It's a bit perplexing, especially considering their exclusive focus on one product type. How can they be pricier than the rest? But here's the silver lining: the staff is friendly and accommodating, and if you do happen to discover something you love in their selection, their financing options are indeed top-notch.”
