I hope you never have to deal with this place or it's employees. Paid for shipping just to get the run around set an appointment for pick up and show up to be told it's not here without checking. Had to get copied in an email from q manager just to pick up a package. Fedex freight is the worst experience with logistics I've ever had.

Not very helpful. Hold freight packages for 1+ week. Are supposed to call when on their way, but they do not.

I was there 2 hours meeting obstacle afterobstacle. I ended up going to a friendly ups store, where they packed and shipped for a fifth of fed ex price.

Took quite some time to get anyone to help you. I had to call customer service to get anyone at this facility to approach myself and 3 other people. It was not that busy..saw alot of people just walking around talking.
