I’m extremely pleased with the new director and the changes she has implemented. Building is clean, children are happy, and there is a peaceful atmosphere. In addition, classrooms are organized and learning is evident. Thank you!

It makes me so sad that I am even writing this review. I have been at Childcare Network for 5 years and 2 kids. It has been a wonderful experience until the past 6 months. We are removing our children from this school asap. (Today)The security doors have been broken for weeks allowing anyone in and no staff to watch the doorLack of teachers and staff are proving to be an issue. This week I was requested to drop my child off in the Manager's office with other kids due to no teacher's. (So dangerous)Then I pick up my child with 13 kids in the infant room to 2 teachers. This is unacceptable. And plain dangerous. Management has changed 5 times in the past 6 months. Sad to see such a great place go downhill so fast. It seems upper management doesn't care to change it either.

Similar to multiple other reviews posted in the last few months, this location has significantly gone downhill. I’ve had two children here since early 2021 (when Misty was still the director and Brittany and Bianca were a strong helpful presence). The oldest is now in kindergarten and we recently pulled the youngest out based on multiple bad experiences since starting him there in December.- Turnover of multiple directors – then when you try to ask the latest director a question about an issue or something you asked previously, they have the excuse “that happened before I was here”- Loss of most employees and relying heavily on subs/temps – it was a struggle to get my kids bottles sent home correctly each day and if you ask, they give you attitude and have the excuse, they’re just a sub so they aren’t familiar with the class/classroom. Not what any parent leaving their child in someone else’s care wants to hear. I spoke with one good employee and she did share they’ve been “experiencing some management issues.” While I have frustrations with most of the subs and some teachers, I’m guessing they are treating these teachers very poorly, leading to all the good ones leaving.- Moving my 1 year old back and forth between an older and younger classroom. At one point Uvette told me they would be SLOWLY moving him up at beginning of August but I would receive an email about it and paper notification. This was a surprise as this place has never followed good proactive communication practices like this. After the one mention of it, there was no email or paper notification. He was just suddenly in the older class some days at pick-up and there was no “slow” transition. He was SO exhausted when he got home, we were concerned he wasn’t getting a decent nap- Front window completely shattered and covered by a tarp for weeks before being repaired- Issues with the front door key pad, resulting in them turning off the locks/leaving the front door open – this was a serious security concern for multiple parents- Childcare ratios no where near what they are supposed to be. Regularly there would be anywhere from 12-18 kids in a room in the morning with 1 or MAYBE 2 teachers. ~3 month old babies laying on the ground while 2 year olds are running around- I saw no signs of an implemented curriculum that they advertise on their corporate website – ipads on cocomelon is the closes they get with the little ones- Rarely someone at the front desk to assist with any questions/opening the doors (hence why they leave it unlocked when there were keypad issues).- They don’t do incident reports for bumps, scraps, or accidents that happen.- There are no updates shared with parents on the app that they require you to download. No nap time, feeding, outdoor play or pictures are shared. The only info in the app was me checking my child in and out

This place is a disaster. There’s lack of teachers, and I never even know who is in charge as the main director is never to be found. Their new app system is a joke, they post pictures of other children, no activity updates, my daughter used to come home with art projects so I have no clue what they’re doing now. Their supposable curriculum doesn’t include watching shows on an iPad as I walked in more than once on kids sitting watching. I don’t pay $200+ a week for my kid to watch tv. We pulled my youngest and my oldest is wrapping up her last week. Management really needs to make the effort and improve this place. All the good teachers have left and there’s a few of the vets but everyone else is a sub or someone who quits the next day. Avoid this place until improvements are made.

This day care looks good on the outside but it is not a good day care! Very unorganized. Since my children started there in December it has been THREE DIFFERENT Directors, a number of different teachers. My children came home soaked in urine several times! Mrs springs is very mean but the director stated that she is stern and the kids respect her, WRONG the kids are scared of her. I caught her twisting a child hand..and Also caught her yelling at the kids several times. My children cried almost every time I took them. I finally pulled them. After an incident my son had with mrs springs. They value the teachers word(even when they are lying) over your childs wellbeing. Don’t enroll your child here. Trust me.

It started off okay & then I noticed my son cried during drop off. Which I get is normal, but when he’s been going there everyday you’d think he’d get a little used to it months later. Then I realized my son wasn’t hitting his milestones when this is supposed to be more of a school rather than a daycare like they claim. A “teacher” told me that she tries to teach the babies unlike most of the ladies they only babysit them. I’ve peeked through the window 2 times to see if my son was in a room bcuz they move him a lot, but those 2 times I heard a teacher yell at the babies. & these are small babies like they just sit at your ankles can hardly pull themselves up. There’s not a need to yell at babies that small, but in all honesty you shouldn’t be yelling at other people’s children period. He’s had several different ladies in there with him due to them being understaffed. A lot of the time student to “teacher” ratio is not right. There’s way more students in a room with one “teacher” than there’s supposed to be. My son was so unhappy there I could see it on his face & body language. There’s a lady there that was telling me how spoiled my son is because he wants physical touch often. Like are you fr? Then after she finally stopped telling me how I parented my son wrong, out walked a young girl with her mom. 2 ladies (1 being the lady that doesn’t approve of my parenting)start shaming a young girl for having an accident on herself & they did it in front of everyone. That was my last straw. I transferred my son as soon as I could. I love Brittany & the Mexican lady with the bun that cared for my son but that was it. When my son first started he’d come home extremely thirsty he would be literally shaking when he saw his sippy cup when we got him home. They did fix that after I told them about it.My son is no longer crying during drop off at his new daycare. He doesn’t show fear or sadness like before. He’s LEARNING too. He’s happy. A lot of ppl love this place but it wasn’t the one for my son or me.

Please don't take your children here. They do not give a crap about the kids. My child went to another daycare for 4 years and never had any issue, we only switched because we moved. Suddenly my daughter was crying every morning at drop off and telling me the teacher was mean when I picked her up. Also found out one of the teachers grabbed my child to put her in time out, she never had any issues at the previous school. I had to pick her up early one day and witnessed a teacher speaking to kids in a tone that made my blood boil. I called one day, multiple times and different times throughout the day, and no one answered the phone which was very concerning This daycare is a joke and probably needs to be shut down

Even when my child's scalp was bleeding, the teachers said that no one knew what happened. My kid was injured 4 times in one month. Although several years have passed, there are still scars on two places on her face. This is where another child pinched her face.

Do not let these pictures online fool you! They have lost teachers left and right, and the ones they find have no smile or excitement to them. The younger kids two and three years old; there is no toys in the classrooms. I don’t know what they spend the money on but it isn’t for the classrooms. There isn’t enough teachers in each class; chairs are all over the place knocked over. The kids I don’t know what they play with, but there is no toys in the younger childrens classrooms. It is supposed to be a learning environment, it isn’t. This place has gone down so much over the last two years I can’t even believe it. Nobody seems to care either, the management I’m sure has a nice house and car but puts no money into these young kids. Do not take your children here!

Been taking my daughter here since she was 6 weeks old. Her teachers are amazing and I can tell they really care about all of the kiddos. Great, clean facilities.

I have two children at #244 and I would not want them anywhere else! They are caring and have been in our family for 6 years! Every teacher is wonderful and my youngest is in speech therapy and they work with him to help improve everyday!

My kids have been at Childcare Network almost 4 years now, (I think) and the teachers and staff are like family. I know my kids are in good hands and love that if something happens (kids will be kids) I always get a call right away. Great staff and highly recommend if you are looking for a school with an excellent educational program.

We love this school! My boys and I love being greeted each morning by the friendly teachers. The director is the very best! I cannot recommend this school enough for all families. Their teachers love the kids and go above and beyond every single day!

I love this place so much I just enrolled my son a few weeks ago and I already feel as if I’ve known everyone for a long time. Starting from the director Mrs Brittany she’s amazing my son teacher Mrs Spring is the absolute BEST! I never have to worry about leaving my son there I can go to work be at peace I know he’s in great hands! Just last night he started to sign the alphabet and that was amazing to me! I definitely recommend this place these teachers take the time to teach it’s not just a daycare.
