My son has diabetes. While out of town he used his last hypadermic needle. Walgreens was the only place to buy them in the town we were in. They REFUSED to sell them any because we hadn't bought his insulin from Walgreens.

You CANNOT call to check on the availability of a prescription without the Automated System saying, "We're working on it, call back in an hour." Then when you DO call back, "The pharmacist is reviewing your order, call back in an hour."So TWICE now I've got this and THEN requested TALKING to a HUMAN, only to be told, "OH, we're OUT OF THAT MEDICATION. Call us tomorrow and see if it's come in." TWICE!!And this is for PAIN medication. Do they expect you to just STOP hurting until they get their stock in? Why can't they FLAG their automated system to at least TELL US that they're OUT of that medication?

Ordered 1 piece of paper printed to be pickup at 10:30 AM. Got there at 10:30, nobody trained to use the printer was working. They said come back at 11. Came back at 11 and the person that came in was not trained either. They told us to come back around 1PM when the manager came. We came back at 2:00. Manager was there but told us to wait for an email until it was ready. I had to have that printed document (LITERALLY ONE SINGULAR PAGE) for 3:00 PM so I could pickup my dog. Now I have to pay $75 for her to be spayed instead of using the free voucher I got. The manager was rude too. Didn’t give one F. She was even talking on the phone or something while we were waiting at the desk. Said there’s 20+ other orders she’s working on. She’s been there for an hour? My document was supposed to be ready at 10:30 AM. The employee I dealt with this morning, she was new and very kind so I have no harsh words about her at all, just the management at this location is downright terrible and they obviously don’t know how to actually manage.

This store is clean but that’s all it’s got going. The main problem is there is never enough help there. Line is always huge, nobody to help find anything. People standing needing help with photos, 7 people in a single line, only one employee to help everyone. They need a self checkout if they refuse to hire more help. It’s a management problem in my opinion.

Took my handicapped wife down to get a flu shot. I had called to confirm they had the vaccine and told pharmacy I was on my way but apparently did not get on their appointment list. It took a solid hour from the time we arrived until we got the shot even though we were first in line when we arrived. Others came later and went in front of us. My wife was exhausted. I recommend trying someone else.

I love this pharmacy. They actually call you to say your prescription is ready. They also call and make sure you’re doing ok on new medication. What great customer service this store has. Won’t be going back to my old home town pharmacy any time soon. Walgreens has won my business!

Went to go get my passport picture taken… did not check until arrival to passport place which they did not make it the right size? Had to wait a hour for them to open back up since I had to go back. The picture was as big as the whole passport book! People need to be trained properly here at this Walgreens…. STAY AWAY
