“Dr. Muenchow met us after hours on A Saturday. She worked very hard to save our cow. She was very gracious and kind. We also appreciated her assistant. They also very patiently waited for us to back up our trailer. Big thank you for your veterinary expertise in saving our cow! Ben and Sandy”

“It’s been some time since I visited this practice. We took our dog to 2 other offices prior to coming here with no diagnosis. Just offers to run expensive testing. We live 70 mi away from Bright Star but decided to take the time and visit Dr Larsen. We are so happy we made that choice. Even though we received devastating news, we had answers and empathy. Heather became a lifeline for me when I would call for advice. We lost our almost 13yr old fella on April 1. While I don’t currently have the need, I would happily travel to Bright Star with subsequent pets and already have recommended them to my family.”

“I have nothing but excellent things to say about this veterinarian. They are very friendly and take great care of the cows I have brought in. I am somewhat new to raising cattle and had a ton of questions I wanted to ask and the vet that took care of my cows took the time to really answer my questions and helped me understand how to better care for my herd. I really appreciated that. I believe their prices on services and medications is excellent as well.”

“Our regular vet in Commerce was out of town for a week, and our little kitty quit eating and drinking. We knew she wouldn't last until her doc returned so I called HCVC and they said bring her in as a walk-in. The wait was only about 30 min, and they were even short-staffed that day. Dr. Lindsey wanted to keep her to rehydrate her and get her to eat, which took 2 days. Dr. Lindsey printed out an estimated cost which was comparable to other local clinics. To make a long story short, it was only 4 days after that until kitty stopped eating and drinking again. Dr. Lindsey thought if we cleaned her teeth it would help, and she could examine her mouth while she was anesthetized, so we took her in for that. Dr. Lindsey called me during the procedure and told me Chica's xray showed a large tumor in her mouth and a lot of damage from it. We opted to just put her down rather than wake her up and let her die of starvation if we brought her home. We returned to the clinic to pick up her body. On arrival the staff all expressed their sorrow for our loss, put Chica in a little box for us, and they even made a clay impression keepsake of her paw prints. We just feel everyone went above and beyond to give us comfort on a terrible day.”
