Worst Verizon experience ever…. I was pushed for time being a truck driver who was delivering at Walmart across the street called in ahead of time was told they had screen protector and camera protector and would make me a priority appointment too get there and they didn’t have the products and sales reps kept trying to sell me a IPhone 14 and make me upgrade when I wasn’t interested for almost a hour before they even asked what brought me in like wow

I give Verizon two stars, that's for each bar I get daily in Sulphur Springs, I pay for a 5G plan and a 5G phone to get two bars. And can't even use cellular data when my Wi-Fi is out.

I walked in with my new IPhone 13 Pro Max today in my hand needing help transferring everything over from one phone to the other. Cheyenne was the best! She was so very good. She helped me with picking out my Kate Spade case and putting my screen protector on. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales consultant. Cheyenne is such a sweet young lady.

From the moment I got a call saying my phone was ready to going and picking it up was a great experience. Everyone was very nice. Cheyenne was wonderful in helping me get everything I wanted and putting my screen protector on! She was a joy to talk with and I would recommend her to everyone I know!
