This morning went for a set of tires and the kid was asleep at the counter and after waking him 3 time he still couldn't wrap his mind around the fact I wanted to buy 4 new tires. I thought these were good people to do business with but I was obviously mistaken

I have always used tartown they've always been really really good but and I've bought all my towers from there and I go in today and one of my towers is having a real shaking problem and they didn't have time to check on it.

Was having difficulty getting tires for my car. Called Tire Town, and the gentleman said they would have them by 2:30 p.m. next day. When I went in, had to wait less than an hour for new tires to be installed. Prices in line with other tire shops, choice of tires for purchase, quality service.

Can't even use the correct socket. Rounded off a cap then continued to use the wrong socket and rounded the bare nut on top of trying to balance tires caked with mud. They have no clue what they are doing.

Came in to get 4 tires balanced. No complaints about the work done or prices. My issue is with the customer service. I walk in the door and nobody is at the counter. A young man walks from the back and his greeting is “Watcha need”. I said “how are you sir” and his response was “fine, Watcha need”. No expression on his face and apparently no desire to be at work. The other gentleman who performed the work was the one who checked me out after the work was done and was very friendly and informative. My other concern is the balance machines are facing the rear of the shop. I’ve seen this before and typically comes from laziness or lack of knowledge about balancing tires so they tend to keep that process hidden from the customers. There have been plenty of times where I have left a shop only to have to go somewhere else to have tires rebalanced due to someone refusing to take the time to do the work properly.

Honest, Dependable, & Reliable.??Acknowledged something wrong with a new tire while inspecting it before mounting back on my vehicle. They could have just mounted the tire and sent me on my way as it was late on a Friday afternoon. But they took care of the issue to ensure everything was right and safe.

Mike et al stayed open for us to limp our way along for 2 1/2 miles to get there when our tire went flat with two hours to go in a long driving day and would not charge extra. Helped us get home without having to stay overnight. Highly recommend!!
