Very helpful with my solar system. After getting quotes of $35K for a grid tied system I decided to see about doing solar myself. I was able to order a system with 10kWh battery and a 6KW inverter (easily expandable), ground mount racks and 4000W of solar panels for under $6K. After numerous YouTube videos I am ready to do this job. I've already installed a Reliance 10 Circuit Transfer Switch that I'll feed from my inverter to run house circuits. Signature Solar has been helpful in putting together my system, I look forward to reaching out when I'm ready to expand with another inverter and batteries.

"UPDATE"---I was a little premature with the original post.At the moment, I have been waiting ten days for a response on the EG4 6500EX I returned to them because it was malfunctioning.I still know it would be a good move if Signature Solar would create individual videos that includes "All" the details for the perfect end result.I would gladly give this company a 5 Star rating if they would include "ALL" of the specific (step by step) details in their videos.And also, the website in some videos is not the same one as on the Internet.BUT! I am a very particular person and it has taken me eleven months to get my system up and running.I couldn't be more pleased with the decision I made to make an investment in Solar Power, even if I am still waiting for a properly functioning inverter.A side note to the"Managers"; It should not be up to the customer to be compelled to ask and search for pertinent (required), detailed information! Cmon!The Email Tech support team is "Great"! Very, very helpful, especially Trevor.

Systems are hard to use and figure out, very long hold times for support if at all, poor warranty service. You're better off spending a bit more to get better customer service and a warranty that someone will stand behind. Spent around $40k with them and I've been dealing with issues for 2 years now. Everything they sold me is now obsolete and I've been screwed over. Lot's of regret!

Tech support is painstakingly thorough in troubleshooting but they are skilled at isolating the issues. The sales team is also quite capable as well. I have spent a lot of money with and intend to spend even more with Signature Solar.

I placed my order the last day of the year. Fri., Dec 31st.They had a great end of year sale. The order shipped in a week, (Christmas, New Year) The time of year companies are lowering their inventory for tax purposes. Also when your staff likes time off. Considering the circumstances they have done a fantastic job getting my shipment out. I called Alice on the 8th and she was very professional. As it turned out as we were talking on the phone, my order was being labeled for shipping. She called me right back and gave me the good news. I look forward to posting how well the solar panels work and install. This is my first order with Signature Solar and so far 5 of 5 stars. Placing the order online was quick and easy. Without a problem. Thank you Alice for your help. Very much appreciated.

I don't normally give reviews, but in this case I am making an exception. In the past it was more common to encounter the level of excellence that I have received from the employees of Signature Solar, but in today's world it is rare. This past month I have made several purchases which required back and forth communication. The interaction I had with different employees was excellent. Any questions that I had were quickly answered and with clarity. When an employee was in a meeting my call and questions were answered with a call back as soon as the meeting was over.The level of enthusiasm I received from multiple employees at Signature Solar shows an example of a company that is well organized and managed properly. My order was received timely and without damage. I would like to give an individual shout out to Alice Bondurant in customer service and Shelby Cheshire in sales for their excellent service. There were other employees that helped, but unfortunately I don't have their names. My thanks to all of you.

Purchased the system and did the install but started having issues right away and was disappointed in the response from SS. Finally did get the help I needed but feel that the support definitely needs improvement. I am going to use this system for my RV and am building a new bigger system for the home we are building. This will be a considerable big system due to a 3 bedroom home and a hot tub and a full mechanic shop so plan on spending some major money. I am just not sure I have the confidence in what system to use. I will need help to design the system. This my first solar experience so very big learning curve.

Signiture solar has a very good organized team in every department. With there help my off grid install was flawless. Leila in tech support helped me with a firmware issue even though it was the end of the day she stayed to help me complete it.

I worked with Landon to design my system and he really knows his stuff. He spoke candidly and knowledgeably about the products and their various pros and cons and didn't try to push anything he didn't have faith in. That's the kind of sales that gets my return business and that's not even his department.I know there have been issues with their support department and tbh I had interactions with a sales rep that were less than inspiring [I should add that it wasn't any fault of the rep, they're new and they did what was necessary to escalate when it went above their head. This is a good thing and I'd love to keep working with them and others], but I've been on the other end working small businesses and startups so I recognize they're going through growing pains from scaling quickly and struggling to find knowledgeable folks in a niche technical industry. In my experience, the solution/prevention for this is to hire competent and caring folks that do the work for the joy of it and it sounds like they're getting the right leadership to get things back on track. From my conversation with Landon, I'm convinced he's doing what he can to build a great team and that he cares about the customers.It may be biased, but based off the impression I had while working with him, I have faith that they're going to land on their feet and he's won me as a return customer.

I have called several times to speak with either sales or technical and in all conversations the representatives have been very professional and knowledgeable. My latest phone call was with Weston and he totally rocked it!! Not only were all my questions answered, but he also got me in contact with manufacture of the inverters we are buying to verify some technical specifications..Understand that I have only just placed the order and will update this review after installation and operation.

New to these products, Signature Solar staff was responsive to my novice questions and satisfied my needs with patience. Had them on the phone for nearly one hour with installation options/questions after receiving my first shipment. Very responsive staff under some shipping pressure caused by distribution/supply chain problems.

Purchased a EP Cube whole-home solar bundle from Clay Pirtle at Signature Solar. Transaction was smooth and Clay was very knowledgeable and patient as we spec'd out my array. Hopefully the install goes just as smoothly. If you are purchasing from Signature Solar I would highly recommend Clay as your salesperson.

After 2 months of banging my head against the wall trying to figure out a diversion load for the eg4 6000ex, I finally called for help. Although seemingly unfamiliar with dump/ diversion loads, Ethan was honest and quick to speak with his 'higher ups' to help me out. Within an hour I had all my questions answered and am now well on my way to taking full advantage of my off-grid capabilities! Thank you

Why only 3 stars? Keep reading.Signature Solar gets a full 5 stars for hiring great tech support people. I’ve had more than 50 calls in the last year and every employee I speak with is engaged and compassionate, seeking to work the problem to the best of their ability. Today is a great example where Lvl 2 tech Brent Staggs came in while still feeling ill and worked my issue to completion. He and other dedicated employees will make the company great.Signature Solar sticks by their warranty and replaced clearly defective hardware as soon as possible. They also repaired one item that I broke at no cost. Fantastic customer service!Now why only 3 stars…My experience with the EG4 hardware has been frustrating at best. It is definitely not “plug and play” compatible within the brand. Every single piece of EG4 hardware arrived needing firmware updates to begin to function as advertised.The majority of the 50 calls to Signature Solar tech support were to address firmware or configuration issues. Complicating this was that the employees were not clearly informed about the appropriate firmware to install. When updated firmware was made, the employees were not familiar with which version to use. In one case they were unfamiliar with the hardware feature that was fixed and why it was important.The firmware updates require special RS485 hardware (with the exception of the latest 18K inverter) that you have to buy and assemble yourself. The updating requires a Windows Pc and I’m a Mac guy with no Windows PC.My impression is that the EG4 hardware appears to be rushed to market without mature testing that includes integrated testing with other EG4 hardware. In addition the staff needs to be adequately trained on new products before offering them for sale.
