Needed a quick storage unit at the last minute and was able to get the unit for a good price. Unit needed cleaned upon moving In but it worked. Security fences/barbed wire near my unit definitely need attention thou. Property manager seemed pretty nice as well.

Self Storage has been a great place for our stay in Sulphur Springs. The nice lady that manages was more than helpful and very pleasant every time I went in to make a payment. She helped us decide the best deal for our needs and was courteous all the way through our checking out to head north. Don't hesistate to try them out. The prices are great and she's been the manager the entire time we lived here. I think that says alot.

Manager friendly, 17 cameras on property, no leaks, concrete and steel buildings gated property. Very good place.
