vacuums haven't worked for a month. paying full subscription price even though vacuums don't work. plenty of towels, but chemicals are not mixed correctly and basically just water.
emailed customer service twice. no response. the auto wash has brushes that do not work so the car is unevenly washed. employees in the bay pre scrub the front, back, and driver side. never get to the passenger side because there's only one attendant. overall poorly managed, and aging facility.

I used to come here quite often when they first opened, but recently I would go somewhere else it seems the employee's really want to push the unlimited plans and will try to convince you to get it even if you deny the service several times. I only go when I'm in a hurry, otherwise I would go to a self service wash bay. The only positive as of recent is the actual car wash is usually pretty good,but I just feel like I'm getting scammed every time I go here

Love this place, open all day, great customer service, and always well stocked and clean in the self serve station. Makes me look forward to cleaning my car.

Pay machine didn’t work, so an employee took my money, convincing me to upgrade my wash. After going through, I discovered the vacuums weren’t working either. Employee claims there was a sign at the pay machine (which I didn’t see because another employee was talking to me). I asked the manager (who refused to give his name) for a refund (at least partial), but he refused because he said I was rude and had already gotten the wash. However, he gave the couple behind me in line a free wash, just because. Very poor service!!!
